For exemple when I kill the app, after 5 mn Miui Player starts again and play music.

yes after sometime wen i close the player n kill running tasks the music starts playing again so i again need to kill running tasks n then it stops n sometimes it starts again

Hi all i have been trying this to work on x8 a while .. now i finally got it to work and it works well till now . No force close till now no lag at all,
The min requirement for it to work is froyo . And our x8's almost get a fully working froyo.. thanks to racht and nobodyatall..
Well now the installation part..

Download this file . It is a zip file named music.zip now open it in root explorer on your phone and navigate to folder /lib/armeabi-v7a. You will see a libjumper.so file extract it.
Now come to the downloaded music.zip file and rename it to music.apk now copy this music.apk in system/app folder it will ask you to overwrite music.apk select yes(remember to backup original music.apk). Now for the permissions long press music.apk and select permissions make sure you tick them in inverted L shape .
Now copy the extracted libjumper.so file to system/libs folder
Reboot and done ......

You can try putting it in data/app if the apk is signed. If that doesn't work, then the music app won't work with your rom. The problem is probably that the miui music app is framework dependant or something, so it wouldn't work in another rom.

maybe because creed's already has xloud which is incompatible with dps manager

Freeze the main gallery.

You guys are not getting my point. If you try to make quickpic a system app, it throws up an error saying 'Quickpic failed to load, please download quickpic from market', something like that. Tried various tricks, but quickpic won't start.

latest LEWA ROM manage to do this, don't know how.
i even tried to use quickpic apk from lewa on CM7.2, didn't work :|
so for now, i just delete gallery3d from system and isntall quickpic from market

I think there s permissions different for this!!.. Quickpic s all the same Someone need to check about the permission

you have to pull off quickpic to your pc open it with winrar and make a copy of the lib file inside the package and then paste it on system/lib

note: copy the one that responds to your phone theres 2 files one for arm based processors and x86.
You have to use Root Browser. by using that browser you can move your app into /SYSTEM/APP.after by long pressing that app you can change your permission as rw-r-r.Then reboot. It should run.
Does this works? we all agreed that quickpick is one of the best galleries and it will be awesome to get this work. I'll try the solution above to see if I can get it to work as a default gallery.
Why do you need to install quickpic to system? You even dont need to uninstall the gallery because the system will ask wich you want for default viewer. Now... what am i missing?
