Hi guys,
I've the CyanogenMod 7.
I have a little problem. When i've changed and reset the theme with Theme Chooser (pre-installed application) the color of the icons in object has became white (default is green). When i enable the wifi, for few seconds the icons are white, then become green. If i disable the wifi, the icons return white.
I've tried to restart, reset theme...
I know that is a unimportant problem, but i want the perfection!
Thx
It shows the status of your device's connection with the Google Servers. When big brother's watching, the signal bar will turn coloured, when hes not, it will remain white.
It's a CM Feature. Not an issue.
Why does it connect with the google servers?

One of the things is to update your location for maps, weather...etc.
It's a Google's OS, that's the best answer

Hello,
I was working with my Android 2.2 tablet and suddenly all the colors changed (icons, status bar, application windows).
- Now the red acrobat reader icon has become blue for example.
- If I use "Go launcher Ex" , the icon colors return to normal "only inside home section". But the status bar colors and colors inside applications is messed up.
what has possibly happened? Is there a way to fix?
I love the Holo Light with Dark Actionbar theme. I have been working to make a vrtheme for it, but being amateur in themeing its taking me considerable more time and effort to make it work having to use the hit-and-trial method for everything and its becoming kind-of frustrating. So, even though I'll continue working on my own version of it, I'd like to put the idea out there so that maybe someone with experience can make it for us if he likes the idea as well.
What I'm thinking of is an even Holo Light theme throughout the ROM :
White background & black text for most apps(Phone, Messaging and the likes) and Settings. (I guess you could call it "inverted" but with holo colors thrown in.)
Dark grey & slightly beveled status bar. (Or White status bar with dark grey icons, but would mess up most app notifications since they are in white.)
White background in expanded notifications statusbar with Dark Gray toggles and Dark Grey and Holo blue for notifications.
Minimalistic Black/Grey Icons (like the ones provided for notifications by default in the Android resources) for Phone, Messaging, etc.
For cues and inspiration on the colors and feel, the Light theme on Falcon Pro and GMail's default Light/High Contrast Theme are good to try to take ideas from.
Meanwhile I'll continue working on my own version and I'll post it here as soon as I make a decent beta version.
I'm pretty sure its not been asked for or done here. But if I didn't search properly please point me in the right direction.
Hi everyone.. I'm at a loss and don't know what I'm doing wrong.
Let's start saying I'm a super noob with this so all I do is just by trial and error.
Anyway, I have a theme I made with some custom image from my phone. I really like it, but no matter what I try, the color behind the notifications (not the quick menu, that one is fine with the shade of blue I picked) always remains white and so does the main settings background. (the settings background in the dialer app instead, for instance, changes fine, with the same file...??)
I don't understand what or where this white is located cause I've pretty much tried to replace everything white that isn't font or button colors... Yet no luck. Maybe it's hidden somewhere I can't see it?
Basically in the latest theme manager, I go to Home screen, settings, and under background I put a .9.png file. But this image is never reflected in the theme when I apply it. I don't know if this is what affects the notification color either, but I have no other clue what could be since it's the only 2 things that remain white in the theme!
I know it's possible to definitely change notification BG color in emui 10 themes because I have downloaded some who have green or red/blue notifications and those changed fine.... So I copied them from phone to pc and selected import in the theme studio cause I wanted to check where the difference was... But when I import them they revert to default. Maybe they're protected (rightfully so!) or something?
If anyone who makes themes could kindly help or tell me where the exact setting for the notification colors is, it would be a great help, or if anyone knows why that image doesn't get applied to the theme!
Thanks!
Good morning.
This is my first Xiaomi and MIUI experience, and I have a question related to the Google Discovery in the Xiaomi stock launcher.
Is it normal that Google Discovery in Xiaomi Stock Launcher to be always White, even when Dark Mode is activated?
It isn't supposed to switch to dark mode?
Another thing in Xiaomi Launcher, the application drawer is supposed to switch between white or black depending the wallpaper we use regardless Dark Mode is activated or not?
Anyone can answer?
Is this behavior a normal thing to happen?
Have dark mode in all system, just the Google discovery feed, in the left side of the Miui Launcher still white as snow!
That makes no sense if it is normal to be white when all system is dark.
And wallpaper messes up with app draw background color, from white to black, if set to follow system colors and system is in clear mode?

Google feed for me is dark in dark mode. I can't comment on app drawer as I don't use it
So, I assume there's a problem with my MIUI Launcher, I already clean all data from Launcher and it's all the same.
White... In dark mode.
Does anyone have any suggestion, or know something to fix this behavior?
This just happened out of the box.
It came with MIUI 11 and updated to MIUI 12 immediately, so, don't know why this behavior and how to fix it.
I've already figured out how to activate Dark Mode on the Google Discovery feed in the MIUI Launcher.
It is necessary to restart the smartphone or for example change the icon pack or theme to change it, otherwise it will not change the actual state.
This morning I updated to Android 13. I've had no problem whatsoever besides that the dark notifications color palette turned from bluish to sepia.
This affects notifications, google apps and basically every dark mode app.
I have a custom theme, OXYGEN 11 from WSTEAMS in the google playstore. I changed the theme to the default and the color palette turned to blue again.
I know this is then a custom theme related issue, but there being so few themes available for LG. I wish to know if there's a simple way to tweak this setting in this custom theme. Instead of keeping to the default theme that I don't really like much.
Any ideas would be appreciated
EDIT: I've found the issue. Notifications take the color accent from the background, red stuff in the background gets sepia tones for dark mode.
