Can one of you upload the new Sense 3.0 (live)wallpaper for all us older htc phone users? I would really like this wallpaper on my desire HD (It gives me the feeling of almost having Sense 3.0 installed)

Those are the static wallpapers not the live wallpapers
and they're the wrong size

What exactly is running on the Evo 3D? Gingerbread 2.3.3 and what? Sense 2.0? Sense 2.1? Sense 2.5? It had a few features I didnt recognise in the demo videos.

Myn's Warm Z
I have Myn's Sense 2.0 Rom and it looks nothing like what is being shown for Sense on the Evo 3D. I want that!
Definitely a higher version of Sense than the one ported in Myn's Warm Z.

well rumor has it the evo3d will hit in june/july and the nexus will drop in april/may. makes sense as i doubt they will release both phones too close to each other.

No there is not currently. I don't think there ever will be. By the time this is worked out, we will have Sense 2.0 and gingerbread with 4g from HTC. It's in the works
is it possible to choose this ROM uploadet files in UOT for my Evo 3D?
im running Virtuous 1.0.1, and dont want to upload 40mb for every single theme...

You know, asking for help with an attitude usually doesn't garner positive results.
FYI, that ROM is just a sense 3.0 ROM ported FROM the sensation for smaller screen devices, lol, all you need is a custom sense ROM from our forums, it will be MUCH more stable than a port of a port I am guessing from your country flag that you have a GSM version, so check in the GSM EVO 3D development section.

uhm.. so the evo have a smaller screen resolution than the sensation? or did i understand that wrong?
well, i tryed insert coin, have some market issues, high rom camera issues and leedroid... idk, i tryed this too.
for me, virtuous is the most stable rom now.

If I understand correctly, you're asking if you can choose the files from that ROM already uploaded to UOT kitchen to create a custom theme for the ROM you have on your Evo 3D?
If that is the case, it probably won't work, because the Evo 3D's resolution is higher than the Desire HD (which is the phone the ROM you linked is for)>

most of the time I upload the files fresh from the ROM I wish to modify, because it will have the best chance of working. I know that uploading a 40MB file every time you want to create a theme is not practical, but because I don't have a GSM Evo, I don't know if any of the previously uploaded files will work...

As the title ask's, do you think it'll ever work?
I don't know if anyone is actively working on 3D for sense 4 but for me it's the only thing missing.
If our phones weren't 3D then we'd already have our daily rom, problem is, we do have 3D phones.
Any ideas or news about progress anywhere?

who needs the 3d feature anyway! its pointless and it sucks!!! i love my evo 3d just for the dual core and the rom great developments! other than that i would still be on evo 4G! #sense 4.0 don't 3d feature!!!
Dladz to answer your question, I personally think it's possible. Album for sure, we can port the original sense 3.6 album because It's the same android base(and then theme it like sense 4). Camera is a bit more difficult, because we want the Sense 4 Camera layout. So somebody has to rewrite the whole camera stuff for getting a 3D mode. Unfortunately people like Igor who really knew how to do it are no more in the forum. So the only hope we have is that some guys like mdeejay take their time and get the things working. But It's definitely not impossible, It's more a question of effort.

As I know there will ne a update to ICS for evo 3d soon. And ai prety sure that it will be on sense 4.0 because some leak rom out there base on same firmwave with sense 4.0 . But not 100% sure .
Other think that ics camera have mutilshot. For evo 3d because of saving on sd card so, so the speed could not be fasr like htc one x ( it save on the phone store ). So what happen with 3d mutilshot. . It must be really slow.
As my opinion, the developer can do anything on the decive,. If htc give them source. Sometime, they even do not need any help to do like the htc hd2 case. It can use dual os by tricking the device start with android in sd card. It was legend.

I know there will be an update for the EVO 3D but it won't include sense 4 to my knowledge, we will only get sense 3.6, which is where the problem lies, moving 3D over to sense 4 has proven to be a bit of a problem.
As for multishot, it's a feature of the software and not really something which i think i'd use anyway.
Zoom camera has a burst feature which works just fine by the way, so if you wanted to use burst then download zoom.

3D movies are good.
I read somewhere, that HTC will not public surce codes for camera.
That's maybe the biggest problem...
Well I know Agrabren has a working camera on his personal build of Cm9. This will eventually work it's way into Digital High's MIUI port. But it still has a way to go and he is not ready to release anything. So that being said, I am sure DEV's will get it worked in eventually. Have faith.
Well i think mwakious probably has the skills to work on camera. i am not sure but have been using his ROMs(Sense 3.6) nd he keeps fiddling with the camera so am pretty sure he has some knowledge. i was willing to ask him to work on a sense 4 ROM but m new here. Although i have been rooting and using custom ROMs for quite some time now and just wanted to thank all the devs so i thought i shud join xda too. I am using mwakious3drom v8.1 and love his work. unfortunately its very sad to know what mwakious and other italians are going through these days. m sure if mwakious has the time to look into a sense 4 ROM he will succeed. Any one of you who can reach him do give it a shot i am new here so i cant post on his thread.
Yea there's definitely some talent on XDA, enough to fix 3D.
I guess we'll just see, I have faith in the dev's, i'm just an impatient sod and wanted to know if someone knew something that i didn't.

Yes they are I've got Avatar on my phone and although that it won't work on virtuous (sense 4) it did work perfectly on 3.6 roms.
It's a great feature to have and i have no idea why anyone would buy an EVO 3D for any other reason, yea it's got a slightly faster processor than the sensation and a little bit more ram but in all honesty the sensation hold's it's own in every department, including 2D pictures which are amazing.

I always wonder why there are dozens of ICS ROMs (with no big differences at all) out there, but only a few one get hands on MIUI.
The German GB MIUI from wooSaa was the best my Evo has seen.
Now Im on Nonsense ICS, but ICS is to dark for Summer.
hope this works out well; the previous GSM gingerbread miui's on these forums were awesomely speedy.
Looks like things are starting to "POP" for the EVO 3D.
That's cool, hopefully someone will port it to CDMA 3Ds.

There is no Download Link, they are in closed beta for now.
They startet developing last moth, maybe we have to wait another month to get our EVOs banging out

i had that problem a few days back when i downloaded a rom from miui.us did struggle like 20 minutes to set it to english and still some apps was chinese only hope it has english option cause im downloading too

I've moved onto the HTC One but still have the Evo 3D. I hope the M8 camera can be ported over as well.
With the release of the M8, aren't developers interested to see if the Evo 3D may enable Kitkat, Sense 6 and and the camera all working?
I'm actually really excited about this! Now we just need the developers back!
