On a previous version of Streakdroid there was a stand-alone icon for the camcorder. Im on the latest version and this feature is absent, so I downloaded the "camcorder shortcut" app. It has the same icon that was previously included in the streakdroid build (cant remember which version), however it does not allow you to select 720P quality. Does anyone know of an app that actually works for this?

Hmm, interesting. For the record, it doesn't animate in the stock browser or xScope for me, but it does in Firefox beta. And yes, I'm aware it has its own rendering engine. I never knew animated gigs were an issue.

I'm not receiving gmail notifications I have to go to gmail & refresh every time. also I added the new market and lost the blue market icon in the notification bar. I also added back the transition animations and the HTC mod ite, flashed the super io kernel. Want to flash the lagfix restore but I don't really know what it is

It seems this is an issue to all 2.2 ROMs. I can't delete the pre-set bookmarks in the stock browser, and there is no vibration key-press when using the android keyboard, even though I turn in ON in the keyboard settings.

R14 working great for me, perhaps some remnants of an earlier ROM is remaining in your system, try reflashing again and wipe cache/data, including davlik cache. Do it from Clockwork Mod.

install a 3rd party browser then you can delete the bookmarks there and the ones in the stock will be deleted too.

All apps work camera camcorder though the navigation was richer in color on R13. just don't receive gmail notifications have to refresh everytime

with my way you copy the browser.db to your sdcard and use sqlite to delete the bookmarks. as long as you keep the browser.db file you will just have to copy and paste whenever you load a new rom. with your way somebody would have to download a browser each time, delete the bookmarks, and uninstall the browser if they did not want to keep it.
I used skyfire to delete the bookmarks I didn't want. Then made a backup thru titanium. Then after flashing used titanium to restore them. All the bookmarks I deleted were gone.

and i found that the auto-rotate doesn't work for the homescreen and the desktop(where all the shortcut for app is in there)
Why? how to fix it up?
ps:I just brought the gtablet~ the first rom I fresh is the TNT4.40~ I remembered the auto-rotate works for homescreen and the desktop(where all the shortcut for app is in there) with the TNT4.40 rom~~~ so why it can't work with VEGAN 5.1.1?

Works here with launcher pro. Is there an option in you launcher to lock orientation? Also, in settings under display you need to enable auto rotation.
launcher pro is not free~ so you buy it?
ps: I have enable the auto rotation in setting~~
There is a free version, but I actually bought the paid version. Actually, I don't use any of the paid features. However, the program is so good I wanted to support the developer.

I've recently downloaded camera Zoom FX which is a fantastic alternative for the stock camera. I've set the app as my default camera app and added it to my dock. However, I couldn't find any settings to make the camera app located on the lockscreen (by swyping the lockscreen to the right) substituted by camera zoom FX.
Any suggestion on how to do that?

Brilliant question. This was the first thing I wanted to know when I saw the camera shortcut on the lock screen...i may just add to the question..is there a way we can add any other shortcut to it? Like message, mail, call log etc...?
Widget Locker allows this but I can't find a way to do it stock.
why would you want to replace it? camera zoom fx doesnt offer video recording right, so the stock camera is handier ir am i missing something here?

Some people don't take video that much. I hardly do. Mostly still photos.
Also, there are other camera apps that do allow for video, so being able to change from the stock camera is a helpful mod.

absolutely buddy...i don't either...wonder why is only camera as an option there...hmmm..anyways...any hope ICS would open up other options?

Well, FWIW, it is possible. I don't know how but CM7 allows for 4 different shortcuts of your choice on the lock screen. If you can do it on CM7, I imagine it's possible with any rom.
Is there a camera app or a apk for a camera that will let you take action shots? I gave my gf my old tbolt and its running the infected rom. She came from a DROID pro and only thing she misses is the setting in the camera for action shots.
If its a setting on the phone already I didn't find but I could have over looked it. Thanks!

Try using Camera Zoom FX. Current version is 3.5.2.
It is a paid app that you can download from the market, or you can create a free account on 4shared and download it for free so you can give it a try. Buy it if it satisfies her.
Even if it doesn't have the feature she is looking for, it does have some other great features... my favorite is being able to take a picture by touching anywhere on the screen.
Once installed, it has a gear on the right side of the camera above a camera button that provides 7 different modes.
