[Odd behavior - pull-bat resolved] Tesla Coil 1.5 - Airplane Mode - Thunderbolt Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

A fresh flash of Tesla 1.5, booting in and then changing to "Airplane Mode On" then to "Airplane Mode Off" results in a reboot.
This is after a CMR 3.0.2.5 "wipe data/factory reset" has been performed. I was having the issue with all my apps restored from TI and decided to back up.
Next step is to go back to my pre-TC and try Sense again. If it still behaves that way there, there are more problems.
I came across this scenario when trying to resolve a 3G connectivity issue once WiFi is used. I can never use 3G unless I force a restart.
I have made a backup of the "wiped system" if that image will help with tracking the issue down.
Was very repeatable until...
I removed the battery. Stable without enabling WiFi
Enable Wifi -> Turn On Airplane mode -> Turn Off Airplane mode
Must have been something hanging on from all the flash/restores?

I have had this issue with TeslaCoil 1.5 and also switching back to the Sense ROM running the latest radios (one after Stock).
I then ran "adb logcat" and the phone powered down at the last line (there were many more lines going on, but nothing seemed to stick out):

Tasker profile becomes inactive after phone is idle for 10 minutes

Hi all,
I have an AT&T Samsung Note 3 SM-N900A running Android 4.3 (baseband version N900AUCUBMJ5, kernel v3.4.0-1625098). I rooted it using Kingo, installed Tasker (with Secure Settings plugin), and created 2 profiles: one with a 'Home' location context, and one with a 'Work' location context. In the 'Location Edit' map screen for each, I set a pinned location w/ a radius of 200m. I also de-select 'GPS' (leaving only 'NET'), since I don't want GPS enabled all the time (to extend battery life). I confirm that these work when I'm actively using the phone.. the profile becomes active when I'm at the specified location (as expected). I know it's active because it's displayed in the Notification Panel (and it's also shown in green in the Tasker profiles list).
The issue I'm having is that after ~10 minutes of idle time (i.e. when the display is off and I'm not using the phone), I find that the profile is no longer active when I turn the display back on and start using the phone again. I confirmed that this *doesn't* happen after 1 minute, 2 minutes, nor 5 minutes… only > 10. I also confirmed that it happens for both profiles consistently. However, as soon as I start Tasker again from the Apps Drawer (or from Recent Apps screen), the profile is immediately activated again, and my Enter task is re-run.
I enabled the run log in Tasker prefs, but it basically shows a clean activation of the profile (with no warnings or anything that looks weird to me).
I know there's a 10-minute timeout in the Display Off Monitoring prefs, but that doesn't seem to be related to my issue. I tried reducing the All Checks Seconds from 600 to 90, rebooted the phone, and it still took ~10 minutes before the profile would become inactive after the phone being idle.
Any thoughts as to what the culprit might be? Are there any system logs I can look at that might shed some light here? I'm new to Android, and this seemed like the place to ask..
Thanks.
Ok, not solved..
Alright, bumping this, as the problem is back again after some time.
Has anyone ever seen Tasker exhibit the behavior I described? Again, I start the phone and Tasker profile is active, let the phone go idle for >10 minutes, the profile is no longer active and I need to restart Tasker manually to make it active again.
Still trying to figure out what logs are best to look at..

OC1 Lollipop, can't turn off WiFi

This is new behavior since NK1. If I have a WLAN saved, WiFi can't be turned off if the phone is in range. It will turn off briefly, then immediately back on.
If I'm out of range of a configured network, it will turn off. If I reboot into Safe Mode, it can be turned off. I thought Safe Mode just keeps user apps from loading - I've checked with TB, and all the user apps are ones I was using previously with NK1.
I've frozen a bunch of stuff with TB, but haven't been able to ID what's causing this. I'd guess it's a Verizon thing, since they want you to pull data via WiFi in preference to cellular.
WiFi/Menu/Advanced/Always Allow Scanning is unchecked, as is Smart Network Switch.
Just checking if others see the same behavior, and if anyone knows how to disable it. Searching shows that some Sprint phones have a "Connection Optimizer" which may affect similar behavior and can be turned off. So such setting in OC1.

Wifi turning off even after dumpsys deviceidle disable. Android mm (cm13)

I have an LG L90 running cm13.
normally, after the screen turns off, the wifi will cut out after 30 minutes, and start using cellular connection.
I hate this. I want wifi always on.
"Wifi always on during sleep" is enabled, but cm13 ignores this setting.
"global wifi_sleep_policy 2" also confirmed.
So I don't know why wifi keeps cutting off.
Is Doze causing this?
I tried dumpsys deviceidle disable, and pinged my phone every 15 minutes. I got ping replies for ~6 hours before it started to ping timeout, and only when I woke the phone did it start ping reply again.
So disabling doze didn't do much.
Wifilock apps don't solve this either. They will falsely keep the wifi connection logo in the status bar, but if you ping the phone, you get no response.
something is broken about the OS, cuz back in oem stock lollipop, the phone has no problem keeping wifi on all the time.

Question Routines don't reset settings on exit

I have a routine that turns off fast charging and fast wireless charging at night. The routine is set to return these settings to previous state on exit. The routine executes correctly and turns off these settings but at exit does not toggle them back. Other than doing this in Tasker are there any other options?
try to create same routine with other name and test, i have the same issues with wifi routine where it turns off BT, Data, GPS and sometimes its not working, then i need to create another one and these first to delete.

Motorola G Pure (2021) sometimes goes into wifi/cellular freeze and stop receiving new data

Hello,
I got the following phone:
Moto G Pure | 2021 | 2-Day battery | Unlocked | Made for US by Motorola | 3/32GB | 13MP Camera | Deep Indigo
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09BTB5MKT/
It has an Android 11 installed. The phone is typically connected to the local WiFi network and can reach 300mbps download/20mbps upload speeds when running the speedtest app.
I noticed that sometimes (once every few days or couple of weeks) the phone stops reacting to downloading new data from the internet.
So If I try to go to chrome browser and load a page, it would load the page forever. The WiFi icon will still show as it's connected to the WiFi and connected to the network. If I try to do a speedtest, the app would be stuck and not start downloading everything.
If I try to toggle the WiFi on and off, or use the cellular it doesn't seem to resolve the issue always, typically this would require a reboot of the phone.
I also noticed that sometimes this issue is even worst, when the cellular would stop working too, so if I send text messages to the phone, and go to the messages app, the new messages wouldn't show, neither the cellular internet would work or it will be really slow.
One time, I ran into this issue with the "internet freeze" when I configured a VPN (software-defined mesh virtual private network), and I set the VPN to always be on in settings, the internet still worked, but when I tried to reboot the phone, although the VPN got automatically connected as expected after reboot, it went into the "internet freeze", and only way I was able to resolve it is when I turned the VPN off. Still, the VPN by itself shouldn't be an issue with the internet still working, as evident when I turned on the VPN when the internet was already working and no problem there, but somehow the turn VPN always might have been the trigger point to the get "internet freeze" issue. Previous times the issue happened, I didn't run any VPNs so I'm suspecting there could be multiple trigger points that could cause this issue.
When I spoke with Motorola tech support, there wasn't really much troubleshooting other than making sure the software is up to date and keeping track of when the issue happens or how often. They did show me how to generate a bug report, so when the issue happens again, I could send it to them for further investigation. I was able to get bug report when the issue happened today - Actually Android automatically identified that there was an issue and generated the report. I know it might have some private sensitive information so I might not want to share it, but are there parts in it that I could safely share? For example, in the file dumpstate_log.txt when I search for the word "wifi" I can see this message repeatedly:
######################################################################
Warning: Skipping "[email protected]::ISupplicant/default": cannot be fetched from service manager (null)
and similar messages to it such as:
Warning: Skipping "[email protected]::IAllocator/ashmem": cannot be fetched from service manager (null)
######################################################################
Here are some other suspicious lines:
######################################################################
*** command 'lshal debug -E [email protected]::ISupplicant/default' failed: exit code 128
[email protected]::IAllocator/ashmem does not exist, or no permission to connect.
*** command 'lshal debug -E [email protected]::IMtkRadioEx/mtkRsu1' failed: exit code 128
[email protected]::IMtkRadioEx/mtkSe1 does not exist, or no permission to connect.
######################################################################
In file bugreport-ellis_retail-RRHS31.Q3-46-123-5-2-2023-05-28-20-41-03 I'm seeing these suspicious lines:
######################################################################

Is there anything in particular in the log I should look for? I see there are additional folders such as FS, lshal-debug, proto.
I'm mostly interested to know what causes the phone to go into "internet freeze" issue - How can this issue be prevented all together, is there some setting or something? Is this a common issue with this phone or with Android? Did this happen with your phone too?
Thanks.
