I have T-mobile G2 Touch with Build number 2.73.111.26 and with rumor going on 2.1 update is going to be available soon i want to update to 2.73.111.91 (considered pre-requisite for the 2.1 update) .
Can you please let me know how i can update using zip file available at various sites to update, as i am in india and i dont think we have OTA update pop-up etc. I was expecting RUU....exe to update rom, which is not available at Germany site not sure why.

I have got Touch G2 from T-mobile Germany. On its official site i see version for update 2.73.111.26 but on"http://www.htc.com/de/support.aspx" i can see OTA update of 2.1 Available.
How can i update mine to 2.1? Anyone have down-loadable update, as i am using in India OTA update is of no importance.
Today I got new OTA update 651.167.21.en.EU for Motorola Razr XT910

This is a note from update (pdf attachment), but it's nothing says about 21.
I just updated to .21 from .19 and it seems to be the same one as the .26 non-EU released today or yesterday.
Same builddate.
For reference I used RSD to update to the .19 version, motocast to update to .21 today.
I just saw there is a planned update coming from Verizon soon. I am rooted, without a custom ROM. Will I lose Root if an OTA update comes through?
I am currently running my Droid Razr with the leaked JB ota from December. However, I am currently getting prompted to update to the official JB OTA. When I do, the update fails. Why? Also, is there a way for a noob to run the official ota? In detail if possible. Thanks.
