sorry if this question has been asked before, but i didn't find the answer in that forum...
i bought my lg P500 yesterday, flashed to LOL 1.4.2, which is an ****in' awesome rom, but there is one thing missy : the vibrator.
in fact, the phone doesn't vibrate when receiving SMSs... and it's very annoying... do you know how to fix it?
i wanted to ask this question in te rom dev thread, but i don't have the "permission" to reply on a dev thread (that is a poor rule...)

EDIT : i found out a solution. you have to go to the sms app, hit the menu button, parameters, and at the very bottom there is an option to tick. sorry for the inconvenience, it's the very first time a use android

I successfully got one of the ROMs on my Fuze. Now, though, whenever I open the phone to access the keyboard, and when I close it, the dialer comes up with the keypad for makig a call. It interrupts whatever I'm doing.
Any help on this please??

Did you install a version of SRS WOW HD?
Did you change the default TF3D skin?
Haven't installed anything else. Don't know what SRS WOW HD is.
I went to the Today settings once and changed the theme from HTC Black to ATT_tabbed and then back again. But I didn't do that on the second phone and it's started happening on that one as well.
Same deal: open up the keyboard, 'unknown caller' ended call screen comes up for 1 seconds, then numeric keypad comes up as though you asked for it to dial a number with. Also occurs on closing the keypad.
What ROM are you running Tinpan?

But is there any way to delete single text messages instead of the entire thread? Been toying with it but just can't seem to.

Press and hold the message you want to delete from the thread and a menu will pop up. Choose 'Delete Message'.
I guys, sorry if this has been asked before(ive look everywhere).
Ive just got my HD2(leo) to running Android fromm the SD card and all works fine apart from i done seem to have anyway of setting a ringtone?
Where i go in to settings and sound and tap on the Ringtones tap it just pop's and there is nothing to select?
Again im sorry if this has been asked before but i just cant seem to find a fix.

yeah, same thing happened to me as well, had been through it before with my G1 and Nexus lol, so pretty easy fix.

once unzipped, you'll have selections for alarm, ringtone etc..

I can't figure out how to change my message tone to one i want (on my SD card),
Also i am unsure on how to forward messages on. :/

Sharon, to forward a msg, long press it and options will pop up.
Regarding the ringtones and notifications, create two folders on the SDcard called ringtones and notifications, drop the files you want to use in this, post a restart it should come up in Settings-> Sounds options

P.S. a lot of the capability is stock Android so it would make sense for you to search in general android forums for answers instead of searching specific to this phone ...

SMS are based on conversations like gMail have. Some time I hate it, but many times it is most better solution that I ever seen.
About question - I think that its fine. I had same problems But I just used google.
The GMail-App on my Xoom and my Nexus S (both with Android 4.0.3) is driving me crazy. In former times I could easily report mails as no spam.
That doesn't work anymore. Instead I guess it should be possible to mark the mails and label them as "Inbox". But that doesn't work, either. With some luck, it works with 1 or 2 mails, but the rest stays in SPAM, even though at first they disappear from the spam-folder.
Isn't there a way to do that? Why is there no real option to mark the mails as no spam?

I just upgraded to ICS and I am running into the same issue.
Given how few responses have been given, I think I'm missing something very obvious.
Did you manage to solve it already, and if so, how?
