Anyone able to get the Gameloft games update. It just keeps hanging up on me when it is downloading the additional data...
I don't know if this is happening to all android users but me, my friends galaxy tab and htc wild fire have the same problem me.
Theres this one day my cousin accidentally deleted my angry birds season and Rio by holding the apps and drag it into the bin in the home screen. Then when I want to download it back from the market I can't find any angry birds game anymore. Not just angry birds, but sooner other games also missing like Last Stand, and many other games and apps missing. Plus at My Apps> it says no download from the android market when I clearly have nearly 300 apps installed. Its been occurring for about a week now.
and today, I checked again my android market and check my My Apps and finally all my apps shown but still I can't find angry birds. So I try to open/ update the apps from My Apps then it says The requested item could not be found.
wtf?
Sent from my LG-P500 using XDA Premium App
Check if angry birds is in system by using titanium back up, if there remove it..

This way, you only remove the icon from the home screen. Nothing is deleted at all. You seem a bit confused.
I also get some strange stuff coming up at times, like as soon as I select "install" on an item, there's a 50% chance I cant access the item again on the market :/
maybe its just not enabled in your current location
try an app called Market Enabler

Me too, but seems like it can be solved by clearing Market's data.
"Update all" and long-press are your friends
When I go to My Apps, and then try to view an app marked "Update available", I also get "The requested item could not be found".
"Update all" gets around this.
However, for "Manual Update" items you need to long-press on the app and from there you can "Update".
Isn't the Android Market app great
Has anyone figured out how to fix the market problem with some apps. My wife plays Paradise Island all the time and it says to update. When I try to update the game, it says ther eis insufficient space available. Well I have ton of extra space both internally and externally (SD card wise). I have heard its a problem with the market. I updated to the newest market this morning. Still same problem. I have done a search for about a week now, and still have not found the solution anywhere so I ask the question here now. Anyone?
That one is easy if the phone is rooted?
Simply delete .apk files from the /cache folder not entirely sure why but failed updates and downloads from the market sometimes stay there
if the phone is not rooted I would probably try force stopping, clearing data from market in application manager and rebooting.
market will then act as if freshly installed, this might work I have not tested it asmy phone is rooted

I uninstalled market updates to fix a problem and was stuck with the old old android market for a couple days until I downloaded the Google Play Store APK from the link on this page and now I'm worried that I just installed some APK I know nothing about; trusting it just because I noticed the download was hosted on dl.xda-developers.com .
Here's the link for the actual file I downloaded:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=938038&d=1331242238
It now occurs to me that maybe I'm actually really stupid.
Can anyone confirm my stupidity or reassure me that it wasn't a boneheaded move?
Scanned it and tried. Works fine, no evil viruses. xD Don't be worrying.
Anyone know the reason for this? I know Pandora constantly runs and would love to hibernate it. Any ideas? I clicked show all apps and nothing. I'm rooted with play store version. Thanks.
