ROM compatibility: Telus, AT&T, Rogers etc. - Optimus One, P500, V General

I have heard reports that ROMs written for Euro/Asian and T-Mobile Optimus One/T are functioning perfectly well on the Telus/Koodo Optimus One with 850/1900 3G.
I see that AT&T is now also releasing the LG Phoenix / Thrive, and Rogers has announced the LG Phoenix as well for early May.
Can anyone confirm if ROMs for other GSM phones in this same Optimus family will work properly on the Phoenix or Thrive?

[Q] Will an unlocked ATT LG Optimus G work on Verizon?

Will an 4G unlocked ATT LG Optimus G work on Verizon?
Verizon 4G cards seem to be SIM cards so i was wondering if an unlocked 4G phone made for AT&T could possibly work on Verizon?

Verizon's network uses CDMA and AT&T's network use GSM, so an ATT LGOG won't work on Verizon. I believe that a Sprint version (LS970 IIRC) will work.

[Q] Does LG Optimus L9 P768 work on Tmobile USA Network?

I fell in love with the LG Optimus L9 P768 the first time i saw while traveling but some of my friends said that the P768 version will not work in Tmobile USA network. It is a fully unlocked phone and complies with the GSM 2G band that Tmobile requires. so my question was that has anyone every used the P768 version or know someone that has used it?

[REQ] Change WCDMA/LTE Bands on LG G2

Hello guys, I am using LG G2 VS980 on AT&T network. With this device, I am able to WCDMA network but LTE band offered in my city by AT&T is not active/available on Verizon LG G2 VS980. Hence I cannot use LTE!
Should I travel to say, Chicago..I can use LTE because in Chicago GSM LTE band used by AT&T is same as what's active on Verizon branded VS980.
I came across following thread on Samsung Galaxy G5 where people have successfully changed their bands to have device work on multiple different WCDMA or LTE frequencies.
Do we have something similar for LG G2? Has anybody tried it?

Anyone tried to activate multiple LTE bands before?
Bumpity bump!!

Version info related ot carriers

Is the Verizon phone the same as the Rogers Canada version? I recently replaced my G2 D803 with a G3 D852. Now, on the Phone Claim website, my G2 was listed as the VS980 and the G3 was listed as the VS985. Just wondering what kind of ROMs I could use on my phone since there's never any subforum for Canadian variants.

No. Their devices are closer to ATT as most of the world uses gsm and not the old cdma tech.
