[Q] [QUERY] How to change theme in CM7 Unofficial Build - Optimus One, P500, V General

Hi! Can anyone please tell me how to change the theme in the unofficial CM7 build?? It is available at:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=946354
I remember changing the default theme from orange to green and it had an option for blue theme as well, but now I can't seem to find the option in Cyanogenmod Settings tab in Settings. The theme I am talking about here is the main selection color, the bounce and glow effect color etc. Someone please help me with this.

Its not in settings its a app called theme changer I think came with the rom the picture is andy android in four different colors it should be in your app drawer

Can u tell me if there is a bug with the "Cyanbread" theme??? The icons in the notifications bar r not present wen I apply this theme.

You need to reboot for the theme to display properly.

ok!
a little note in the notification black bar, you've left the clock
dark and not see so much!
great work!
we lack of theme developers!
hey jboogie3 a small question, what is the file of the animations?
EDIT! I solved it by myself! easier to do, to say that!
Hello JB3.
Running my Defy with your latest Orange-based rom, best rom I have tried so far! Thanks for all your great work!
I also really like the Gingerbread/Honeycomb theme you ship the rom with except one thing, the blue rounded checkboxes in settings.
Are there any way to combine two of your themes? GB/HC theme but with normal square checkboxes as in ASOP theme (maybe black squares with green check marker?)
Hi Jboogie,
This Ginger/honeycomb Theme is the same you ship by default on orange deblur?

It works on stock + deodex ? I use framework-res.apk from your rom ( blurless ginger) and I had to modify it before use, it has differences in images size. Without that i got bootloop.

You must be using either my orange build rom or stock deodexed orange build. Only way you would boot loop is if you didnt set the permission correctly.Apply these themes will also take a while to boot up as well
Hey Jboogie3,
Loving the ROM buddy. I keep trying the rest but always come back to your latest release.
How about a blue gingerbread / honeycomb theme?? there are lots of nice blue wallpapers out there. I would like completely stock icons, but to have a dark blue "glass" style status bar and full colour icons (like the status bar icons PAYS is using on his release).
Can this be done? I'm sure other would appreciate it!
cheers

[MORPH] Colored Icons

This is a morph I put together to add some color to my Vibrant, regardless of the ROM. I personally prefer metamorphs to flashable themes as its easy to only use parts of a theme without using others. The theme is very similar to Splash of Color, but more minimal.
Big thanks to rel500 for his Splash of Color theme as a starting point & Manup456 for his NexTheme.
Features:
Colored Icons through system (in framework)
Colored Icons on power widget built into notification pull-down
Colored Icons for Gmail ONLY if it's built into /system, and not installed from the market
Colored Icons for TouchWiz MMS (DO NOT use if you have AOSP MMS installed!)
Colored Power Widget
Colored Browser Icons
Screenshots:
It will look slightly different on every build....just download the morph and take a quick look at the images. If you like what you see, try it. Just make sure to make a nandroid backup just in case.
Download Link - Thanks to @JaiThemes for hosting!
Source of images (this is just a compilation of mine):
rel500's "Splash of Color" theme ((Link)
Manup456's NexTheme (don't know his thread anymore, but follow him on twiiter. He's an awesome guy)
Already running Splash of color. Any screen shots with your changes ?

Most of the changes are to the framework, so the morph will look different on every build. Best way to see what Im using is to download it and take a quick look at the images. Ill try and post screenshots later, but it wont help much

Perhaps a better settings menu with dark blue arc like background (and other stock stuff) would look real good. Apart from that love the battery icon. Great theme. Just make it better.
Edit: Themed icons too if possible.

you may use the xperia arc theme from market...

different icons and backgrounds may be found in the "res" folder..

-settings menu (and all other transparent menus) background changed to stock xperia's, from arc2.0 file if not make it black
-music and power control widgets transparent black
-change dialer, battery and status bar icons to touchwizzed's
-make status bar black, and if possible change settings menu icons with touchwizzed's ones
-every other thing from a-theme lite (transparent notification bar, notification power widget icons, glowing edge on menus, green ticks etc etc) other than font size..it's small, increase it
ty in advance

Red colored ROM

Hello guys,
I hope that you can help me. I am looking for RED colored ROM for my Galaxy S3. All roms i have seen was stock colored (green) or in blue color. Can somebody give me tip for stable, quality rom which will be in red color or will be possible to download theme for it ? Mainly I want to have red notification bar and icons there.
Thanks a lot for your advices.
use the rom of your choice, look for THEMEs that has red color and you're all set.
I use raubkatze's theme to turn my rom as red as it gets.
if you're using a 3rd party launcher like nova, you might also be able to download themes or create your own.
thank you for answer. As I see, you are using Omega too. Where can I get raubkatze's theme ? Thank you for it
check the op of the thread or go to the apps&themes sub forum and see which one is compatible with your choice of rom.
