APP2SD on Stock 2.3.x (rooted) without sd ext, like Link2SD

I want to share what I found. Just installed app from market (Install Manager V3 free) and it works. Moving apps works without EXT partitions, scripts .... You need only rooted phone and this app.
Hey!
Thx for useful info.

This app works like charm.no need to format your sd card to ext format or anything just install this app and you are good to.go

can i install all the apps/games on sd card on a stock rom?

can i install all the apps/games on sd card that i downloaded into the market? on a stock rom can i do that?
No! But some apps especially games automatically installed in sd card.
If you really want to install all apps on sd you should have ext partition and unfortunately stock rom doesnt have it.
Yes with links2sd
Ive used this on my own rom and on themyth

If your device is rooted, you can use titanium backup to move all your apps to sd card. No need to partition sd card for that

[Q] Create custom update.zip (CWM)?

It is possible to create a update zip that install possible hotfixes, delete unwanted apps and add the wanted ones?
It must work with CWM 5.xx
Thanks in advance.

It's not possible for now, but since you have root access (because you are running android 2.3.7), then try this.
- Move your big apps to SD using apps like app2sd or titanium backup
- After installing an app, repeat the above step
Note: do not move your launchers or widgets to sd, it will break their function
Realy not possible? My friend have s3 he flash some mod and now his external memory is shown as internal....
