I was under the impression that once my phone was HSPLd that I could send an exe to it and install it. Well I guess there's an app I need to do that. I've tried a few, but so far, no luck. So what can I do? Or what do I need to do?

EDIT: I have been searching the forums with keywords, but nothing is popping up about an app. Just a nudge in the right direction would be very appreciated. A link maybe?

.xap is the file extension you're looking for -not exe -that's if you already have a custom rom installed.

Xap is kinda zip archive with dlls and other resources. It is the file format for Silverlight application.

Not needed combine. Simply put both files in choosen directory and open first file (named ...blabla...zip) with Winzip. Then copy all files and directories inside to your desktop. Or in menu choose Uncompress (Decompress).

Open original rom with WinRAR or 7zip, overwrite the boot.img file with the kernel you want to add, flash the rom.
