Whichever one suits you best and runs best on your phone. Not trying to be a smartass though. But that's not a question that anyone can answer for you...

Thanks for the replies, but I was hoping for some suggestions of ROMS to try. I'm currently running FroshedYo v11. I like it pretty well. Just wandering if there is something better out there.

Just flashed it a couple hours ago and love it so far, the only issue I'm having is widgets don't work completely, there are a few but you can't use downloaded widgets or HTC widgets, I'm trying to figure out a solution.
I'm running Tazzs' ROM gin-sen-tazz and its awesome.

XTRrom, XTRsense, or CELBFroyo. These have been the fastest roms I've flashed.

I tried both but I can't really decipher which is faster and snappier. Just wanna here others opinions

C, non of the above, the correct answer is the latest trigger.
Sent from my SGH-T959 using XDA App
Since they both those roms are based on the same (or at least similar) FROYO leak, I would expect performance to be pretty similar.
Bionix
Sent from my Nexus S using XDA App
I never tried trigger. I stuck with bionix or axura because I felt they were most stable. Is trigger just as stable as well as fast?
Sent from my SGH-T959 using XDA App
Try the trigger if you want a out of the box fast. But who really cares anymore all are so fast it is just bragging rights at this point
It's fast, try them all and stock with your favorite. They are all good.
Sent from my SGH-T959 using XDA App
But is trigger also as stable
Sent from my SGH-T959 using XDA App
Yes, been using it since it came out, no issues.

So I been running trigger now for about a day so far and it seems about the same in stability and performance as bionix and axura. Maybe others would disagree though

No,no,no! Please don't ban me! I apologize for my ignorance.
Diversity is nice though.
what makes trigger so great? i've used both bionix and axura...i just feel like its just different themes...performance wise i've yet to notice much if any difference at all.
IMO, all roms run very similarly with voodoo enabled and are all based on the Touchwiz source except for CM7 or MIUI. Truly, we only really NEED 2-3 very good roms for others to base them on, but diversity is always great.
Now I am on the latest axura and for right now it seems a bit snappier than both bionix and trigger

I know we only have like three roms total, but which one do you like to use?

Homebase 2.1 with 4.2 update has been flawless for me. No issues like others have had with the stock releases.
Tried a couple of themes over it but they eventually cause minor issues. So left it bare and themed with different launchers.

Just curious to find out what ROM everyone is running , that is if you're currently running a ROM on your phone.
I'd like to hear why you are enjoying that ROM at the moment and I'm sure the developers would too.

I'm back on Ineffiablis Deus 1.2. It's the most stable ROM out there for me. Though, I wish there was more 3.6 development going on.

when I first unlocked and rooted my phone all I was flashing we're a.o.s p roms the day I decided to flash a sense based ROM was neat because I figured hey I could still use the stock camera app and it felt a bit more stable to me. I mean AOSP rom are aesthetic but they lack stableness. I would like to see the day that I can run an AOSP rom with stability on my phone. but yeah I have used ecliptic rom too it was neat. Sense based of course but neat

Stangs AOSP latest build. I think it's real stable, it is almost as stable as sense. Actually have not had a issue except slightly decreased battery life

I, for one, can't stand that hollow, hallway noise when I'm in a call and hearing the constant echo of my voice. It drives me nuts. That's really my only qualm, but enough for me to stay away.
well that and the quality of my camera being degraded.

I was running pacman and had very clear audio and on bluetooth I did switch back to a sense 4 Rom biggest things I missed was the keyboard and camera I take a lot of pics so the camera was important. I do miss the multitasking and speed of 4.2.2 but that is what my nexus 7 is for.

Still haven't tried it, though I may at some point.
I tried Ecliptic for a week or so, and it just didn't bode well with my phone. This Asurion replacement is just nothing like my original Rez.

any sense ROM will do the trick. just pick one. sky raider 1.4 is a popular choice for sense

Thanks

I swore by Jester's CM7.1.1 build for the Tbolt. Best Gingerbread ROM in my opinion. I got GPS working using a trick where you have a GPS lock using Sense then immediately boot into recovery. There's instructions on the exactitude of it somewhere I'm sure.

well jesters cm7 is based off thunder shed cm7 build so it should be good lol

I totally wasn't awake when I posted that! I missed that you needed a stock rom to nandroid with GPS lock..
I apologize! I promise not to Xda at two am! Please disregard my earlier post.
Also, I didn't know that Cm 7.1.1 is based on thundershed. I heard that all bolts are different but 7.1.1 was the only AOSP GB rom that worked for me. Anyway, again, I am sorry about before
