Enter "nixie" into search in Android market, around 20 versions show up.
Pick the nixie tube clock you like.

I have traced Vivo's clock AOD widget numbers in order to create similar styled widgets in KWGT
you will find it attached, use this with any Kustom clock widget you like and replace the font for the numbers only
