This is my first rom but i'll surely try and improve
dont forget to give credits to tripenraver for the rom he played a big part in this one I just got it on a different baseband, changed a lot of files, and got audio and other stuff implimented or working.

Its similar to Wolf's CM6 rom. Its built from scratch btw. so its not pirated even if anyone thinks so. I already thanked wolf in first post but will thank him again here.

In about phone menu, you will see mod version as GautamPW and Build number as Kryptoner. Actually that's a mistake as my friend GautamPW modified build.prop for me and wrote our names there just for fun.. sorry if thats a bit annoying for anyone

I'm trying to port samsung widgets in this one, but I seriously want help from other developer as I am completely new to this. I'm working at my level best to bring touchwiz experience to xperia. hope you all will like it.
Like the idea, this is what you also can do:
- Make/download a Galaxy S theme!
- Change all icons to Galaxy S icons (sms, phone etc)
- Port some more apps, lockscreen, phone etc.
- Change the power widget to a Galaxy S styled one.
Maybe you can find a older ROM from me like something between V1-V4 i think it was, becouse i had Galaxy S Style in older Versions with Apps styled like Galaxy S too.

You might look into MIUI. Not sure if tun.ko works on MIUI but MIUI is a great rom.

That isn't an official MIUI ROM. Looks like a nice knock off though... you could try it. Not sure which device you're running cuz I'm on the mobile app but you could check out miuiandroid.com to see if there's an official rom out for your phone.

to be honest i have been on stock like and touchwiz roms so far and been on cm7 for lilttle time what i need is fast rom on wich i can play games and can run open vpn and nice stylish theams < (which so far i have never tried lol)
ok now bro jusada i have tried sunday 2 today and i wana confirm tun.ko works on your rom without any problem and its a really nice n fastest rom. cm7 is awesome but its a bit to much also i miss few things of stock tho...( like it wont read simcard contacts it self , swipe right to call n left to text function in call logs so on.. )
i was confused in beginning was lookin for file manager i think you should leave a file manager in it i dont think its a bad idea coz file manager is a main thing in phone i guess after all but any ways i did my own way to install it just send a file from bluetooth and access it from notifications

The reason I have left the file manager out is because cm7s file manager is so very poor. I don't replace as its ment to be stock cm. I know I've moved from that a little lately, but it will be moving back to that.

You got the touchscreen working? In my build the touchscreen was messed up and for some reason I deleted the GSM framework :/ camera worked tho I think

nice! did you just dl the CM9 source and write your own build stuff or was it based off another like OXP? mine was OXP based and the screen won't work it all displays but it doesnt recognise touch D: gonna try and fix later

the camera does not work is not recognized
For the LED lights try this. check the /system/lib/modules and look for lights.something.so first.. change it to lights.mimmi.so and if that doesnt work try lights.delta.so. best case have lights.mimmi.so lights.delta.so lights.goldfish.so AND lights.default.so - it should be mimmi or delta but try using the one from miniCM9. same goes with sensors if they don't work

is better minic9 3.0.2 as the compile roms announce this to learn how to develop and help me develop so right now it works minicm9 recommend the camera and other things

As you may know Turbo kernel [Multiboot] and "STOCK" Based ICS ROMS breaks the Camera. Well one thing Dan told me it that swapping the drivers form a CM9 based rom should fix the camera, so i did and it indeed worked! so i whipped up a simple patch that will install the Drivers to your ICS ROM on turbo kernel and fix your camera!

Yeah really sad that Dan has left the 2011 xperia line.
What all did you put into your zip? It was only one file in the /system/lib/hw/ folder called camera.semc.so that needed to be swaped from cm9 (sorry Im not using 4shared.....)

nick should take your time..anything he can do for play,surely he is going to do it...instead of turbo kernel,maybe you can help develop MUIU 5 already started by Dan..just a suggestion since i think maybe you the one that can do it..and turbo kernel is already the best kernel and stable. thanks for your work all FREE and sorry for something said here that im sure you dont deserve it.

you don't say? but i'm telling what happened. and this, is what happened to me. this is making leagecy camera not forcing close when swiching panorama, but not viewing, or saving. this is write for ics because in the thiory, it fixing stock ics on turbo ternel, but it also did this, just no one thought so

the panorama break on jb from the first place. it all the time force close. it is prevent from the panorama to force close

Well one of my friend is using your rom and he's loving it but he says that the camera quality is a lil low also he gets blury shots also the video playback has problems.. Can you look into that?

Ok tell him to download ES File explorer. It has a good video player in it. I removed HTC video player because I didn't really like it. I think I'll put ES File explorer in V 1.2. As for Camera quality, I'll see. I made a silly mistake of theming the focus shot red and blur shot red (oops). That's probably why. :silly:

Well my tweaks app from NRG is not as advanced as the Viper Tweaks. But you can change the battery icon to a percentage like this. It doesn't have that many options, sorry. I hope that is adequate or satisfactory for people who don't like the battery icon. :thumbup:

I like your work very much Fahad it's very good. I think you should be a graphic designer or artist. You don't have to make anymore stuff you made so much stuff already don't strain yourself.
You should post more often in the general threads you only need 3 posts left until you can post in the official thread.
Yeah there is a way for you to use HTC's message, clock, Contacts, and message app. What you can do to get those is go on your computer, have winRAR, and delete MMS.apk Contacts.apk from mine and copy the HTC clock widget and whatever htc apps you want from another rom like from android revolution HD or a stock rom for the amaze.
What you should use is the 1.0 or 1.1 version it already has htc dialer and htc contacts in it. It doesn't have the clock widget or htc messaging though.
You just gave me a good idea, I think I'll release an older rom I made. Think of it as Kaioken ROM's predecessor. It's called Demon Rom. I'll put the HTC apps in it for people who don't want aosp and want sense. So if you like HTC sense and not aosp that rom would be good for you.
I'll try and post it today or tomorrow.

No I don't mean it like that you should keep making stuff if it makes you happy I only said for you to slow down because I thought you were straining yourself making work for other people.
What you should do is to make illustrated subtitles. What I mean is to make thread titles and banners to replace the text titles that say "credits" "features "mods" "extras" "download" and so on then replace them with images that have the text on them. You can put Goku or a red android if you want or leave it simple. Colors that stand out will be a good idea. If you can do that it would be very good and useful.

These are great once again.
But there is a small problem.
They might be too big.
I think it's best to just keep the animated texts and leave out anime characters for now. So what I think is best is to take out the characters from the thread titles and make them smaller. :thumbup:
