I worked on this theme with Racht's Floyo 0.15 Rom so i don't know if this works on other roms. You can try but please make a nandroid backup :X
Instructions.This is a framework-res.apk theme btw.
Please please please backup before anything! (xrecovery)
= FOR V2, RENAME FILE TO "framework-res.apk" without quotations!
Check out this thread for instructions.
Or you could simply enable USB debugging. connect phone to usb, open CMD, type

adb remount
then after you see remount successful, type

adb push framework-res.apk /system/framework
Reboot phone and you're done.

anw, if you have trouble with those icons, the >> arrows represents Signal and the squarish box represents Wifi

Nice one. I really like the 1st screenshot with the batt icon and all that. But i'm on stock 2.1 so i don't think it will work on it. Will tried it once i'm on Floyo 0.15 or other roms.

Yeah, I'll probably release the theme (first screenshot) when i solve the battery problem which im not sure when..
i'll try it when you do something about the lockscreen, because it looks... if i'm honest, it looks horrible.
but everything else is nice and i really like the font, so i'm looking forward to improvements. good job

I got it from here and also took permition from kingdavid63 to port the theme for P7500. I also sent request to bignadad to get the permition as I found out the creator is him
the other thread mentioned above was for touchwiz rom but this one is based on AOSP

1- Remove the sinc icon bug
2- The status bar remove the names in the icons to make more space for the notifications

What the hell are you talking about? Fail I ported this very rom from some other device. But i din't put it on Xda since it is kinda lame and everyone can install these apps on their current rom.

dont want to be rude,but this can be done by anybody in less then 2 mins.lewa os and joy os port takes about 2 mins(that is not that easy .just insert apps in system,change perms and poof.you have this rom you made.but good job for trying

The popups and buttons aint much cool either,, so heres a png pack that should revamp your device,, compatible with any rom (atleast most as these are the basic pngs)
Now,, what is holo lock,, note that it is not ics lock, jb lock, key lime pie lock,, it is a replace ment of samsung default circle lock pngs and time pngs to get a better 3D time with a better blue circle lock made by me alone
-------------------------------------------------------------download the pngs here from the link below and copy-paste in framework-res.apk/res/drawable-ldpi (dont decompile ,,, just open framework-res.apk/res/drawable-ldpi with winrar and drag the pngs from the rar i am giving into the framework-res.apk/res/drawable-ldpi)
