Im running Trigger and want to try the new Malice III. If I want to go back to trigger is odin necessary? Without a pc I have to be careful with what I do to this thing.

No, shouldn't be a problem, just don't try going to 2.3, then you'll need a pc.

Im pretty sure if your getting an update from tmobile that its the latest one. Just slide the notification bar down and tap the notice and follow the directions. Its pretty simple.

JI6 is the latest firmware out right now and you can use Kies mini to update to it. No root required.

So back when I was on jk2 I could not play the game at all. After I flashed the jk6 over obsidian v5 I can play now but it seems as if everyone else with jk6 is playing on the same Id??? Idk wtf

I was having too many issues with that one so used the odin one. No problems now. I don't have root yet but I can still use mobile AP so no need for now. Use the odin one do you know how

So I just pulled my phone out of my pocket and it said "kernel panic". Does anyone know what that is/means?? I pulled the battery and rebooted and everything seems to be ok. But just want to make sure everything is good with my phone??

I have kb5 and everything that needs my location is not working and I was going to try kb1 do I have to flash the whole Rom or is there a way to flash it like I did with kb5?

I'm looking at upgrading to a newer phone next month and I was wondering if there was a ROM out there that didn't have the phone portion set in. I want my phone to be like a iPod so my kids can play with it.

I think if you were to freeze phone specific things it couldn't harm anything, but I recommend you go to froyo then do it, for the sake of battery or you could just put it in airplane mode then hide the phone related apps I'm sure that would disable 911 too

I have what you need, let me remove the phone short cut from the launcher and I can get you into a rom set up as nothing but a media player.
Should have around 50 megs footprint.
Let me know if interested.
Edit: I'll put it together and post it for everyone, tonight hopefully.
