Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows of a honeycomb lock screen that we could put on to this bad boy?
I am currently using LP+ with the honeycomb theme and would love the lock screen to go with it but cannot seem to find ones except for those tagged on the 'CM7'...

Widget locker is your answer.Download from Market and then search for honeycomb lock theme and you are done

Just installed this app, am very impressed with it's functionality and choice of themes.
Am hoping it's not going to effect the battery usage too much...

my Phone isnt rooted or anything, its a standard phone.

Download widget locker from market it has a variety of lockscreens and extras.
Mod the lockscreen without root? Nah... you root access to replace system files.

if you are not rooted, most probably you will see two lockscreens.
anyway, lockscreen alternatives are; widgetlocker, lockbot, lockit etc......
Does anyone know how to replace the standard lockscreen on a rooted stock 2.2?
I have Widget Locker but now and again the original screen pops up and it can be a bit of a pain sometimes.

in my opinion, the reason you see 2 lockscreens is because of android system 5 second rule. any lockscreen other than stock one, will have to wait 5 to initialize. however, in widget locker you can bypass this rule. turn on home helper option in behaviour, and make sure 5 sec bypass is checked. if it is unchecked, check it.

This is an issue with htc sense roms. on aosp roms like cm6 or cm7, the original lock never shows up with the 5 second root bypass rule activated.
Try Lockbot Pro..it has a variety of Lock screens to choose from like Eclair style, iPhone, Froyo etc....it shows up only one lock screen though..and you ve an option to unlock the screen using any hardware button not just power button, nifty feature
For not visualizer 2 lockscreen you must use no lock
Where can I find aosp lockscreen? I dont like widget locker and deleting the sense lock screen looks like a mess. Is there a way to just flash an aosp one? Thanks!

That one looks weird its like you can see through the screen? Is there a way to get those unlock sliders but not have it transparent like that?

That is the AOSP lockscreen, that is the way it is supposed to look.

hmmm okay? Im just not used to being able to see my home screens through the lock screen. Thats the part about it I dont like

Android AOSP's lock screen is transparent. i believe there are applications out there that will allow one to change the lock screen image even if on AOSP style ROMS.

Good to know! I was just hoping for something like the nexus one/g2 etc lockscreen, just like that one in that thread but not see through lol. Is there anyway to pull the lock screen from cm6 or cm7 and make it a flashable zip to use on my phone if that makes sense? ha sorry for any confusion, like on my vibrant I could change the lockscreen to all these different ones but Im having touble finding any options with MT4G

I am not familiar with scripting so i do not know if that is possible. I know the link i posted ealier is simple way to get a AOSP lock screen. if that is what you are wanting. and it contains a flash-able Sense Lock screen.
That method is weird. You can see the icon instead of just you're wallpaper. Someone could probably pull the apk apart and set a wallpaper in it, but im not sure.

"Pulling" the Lockscreen.apk out of CM6/CM7 would be the same as deleting the HTCLockscreen.apk on a Sense-based ROM. the CM6/7 Lockscreen is a version of the AOSP Lockscreen, deleting HTCLockscreen.apk forces the OS to revert to the AOSP Lockscreen.
Option 94, you talking about the screen caps of Widget Locker? id ya are your not seeing them through the lockscreen, they are on the lock screen.

I would like to find a ICE (In Case of Emergency) app that places icon on lockscreen on unrooted wildfire 2.2, i've searched a lot of these ICE apps but no one i've checked states to put a lockscreen icon.
Also i've seen some HTC handsets have option to change sense's dock bars to e.g. steel colour. Is this possible on Wildfire unrooted froyo?

You can change the dock with LauncherPro and I think WidgetLocker lets you put apps on the lock screen.

Nope, and, I am pretty sure in stating that requesting paid apps for free is not allowed on this board. It is amounting to warez.
I was watching a review of the new Chinese super cheap tablet with ICS and their lock screen has more than just the unlock/camera we have. It has a top and bottom option as well. I was wondering if anyone came across this or something similar that works for our US ICS tablets. Would be cool to have more options, especially if they were configurable.

It was probably and ICS based lockscreen for Go Locker or Go Lockscreen (can't remember what it's actually called). You should be able to use that application and replace it. Still should (haven't tried it) work okay on the Prime.
oic, checked it out in the market and it doesn't look like its ready for ICS yet.

Go Locker isn't showing available to download to the prime from my pc. Haven't looked at widget locker.

Hey everybody. I was just wondering if there is a way of getting the Honeycomb clock font on my ICS start menu & possibly even on the lock screen. I love ICS, but I'm a sucker for that font! Is it even possible? I'm currently on a AOKP ROM on my 10.1 wifi. Just thought I'd ask & any pointers will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
You can always download a third party locksceen app like WidgetLocker and download a honeycomb themed clock.

Maybe search for a font changer in the Market... Your rooted so you should be able to find something that will works for you.
Edit: But keep in mind it most likely will change fonts in other parts that use the system fonts.
