I converted some bootanimations for my own use or on request and got the permission from their author to publish them.

how to use :
Backup your current bootanimation.zip on your phone if applicable and push it to /data/local/bootanimation.zip (it saves the hassle of remounting the system parition r/w).

Well I have been trying to change it for weeks and I haven't gotten anything working on my s3 so I figured if you guys had something maybe it wouldn't be a big deal to talk on an old thread
