Hi There!
My wife is migrating from a Windows Mobile 6.5 device (Touch Diamond 2)to Android (Motorola Defy) and wants to move her text messages across.
What can we do to achieve this please?
I just googled "SMS windows Mobile to Android" and found this:

You can try this:

Hi everyone
I was wondering if it was possible to get Windows CE to run on the Titan. I know WinMo is based off of Windows CE but I would like to have the Windows CE shell. I want the menu bar at the top, programs to have windows, the task bar/start menu at the bottom, and the Windows desktop to run instead of the today screen. Is this even possible? Perhaps switching files from the stock ARM Windows CE into the Windows folder of the ROM? I can't find any information about anyone attempting this.

I get consistent crashes on startup with Opera Mini 5.1 for Windows Mobile (Windows Mobile – International), even after uninstall/reinstall, resetting device, changing regional settings from French to English, installing on internal memory instead of storage card and removing Opera Mini 5.0.3521 beta which works fine. I always only see the white Opera startup screen with the progress bar at about 20 % and then it crashes. The same happens on different devices and operating systems: HTC TyTN II (Kaiser) WM 6.1 and HTC HD2 (Leo) WM 6.5. Trying to install the version for Windows Mobile 2003 Pocket PC did not help.
Does anybody experience the same problems?
Can anybody help with a solution please?
Thanks in advance.
I'm unable to find a free functional version of VNC for windows mobile (6.1 or 6.5)
I don't want similar apps, like mymobiler, since I have to control a WM phone from pc (windows 7) and an android phone.
I suppose this could be done only via vnc (server on wm phone, client on desktop and android phone)
Any help?
ps:
PocketVNC (I wasn't able to install it)
pocketVncServ (doesn't seems to work... "Connection reset by peer" error)
MobileVNC (working... but not free)
i hope if i can help u
