but korean O1 can't
So I want to try to make a CM7....
My questions..
-What launguage to need to make rom (programing launguage)
-How Can I get P500's CM7 source?

I'm trying to port CM7 to Korean version of O1. I have to find the right kernel and make some modification since those two kinds of O1's are a little different.
I'm confused because http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=901247 here it says that there's not so many patch, but I read somewhere else that CM7 should use its native kernel. Is this the right one?

hey i'm a n00b so i didn't post in the other dev thread cuz they say they want no n00bs.
i want to flash the kernel on my super stock p500 to fix the touchscreen lag bug cuz it's really bugging me and junk. i'm going to use "flash image gui" to flash the kernel cuz it sounds pretty safe & i'm a n00b.
suggest kernels and if you'd like to, a link would be nice please!!
remember, i have a super stock, lg p500 (optimus one) running froyo 2.2.

Hi i just Bought that Nice Phone With the V10a (Android 2.3.4) Software on it
And now i Need some Help.
I Really Like the Speed of the Stock rom and the Look,but i want to Learn something and now i ask for Help to Build a Custom Kernel or just Modify the Stock kernel.
I Never done that before and also dont have any Experience with Programming etc
So just 3 Questions.
1:Is it Possible to use the CM7 Kernel on the Stock Rom
2:Is it Possible to Mod the Stock Kernel Only to Achieve Higher Cpu Clock's?
3:If yes How can i Extract the Kernel from the Stock Rom,and what i have to Change?

Hey mates.
I was wondering, how can i port a rom "for example: xperiabread ultra v7.0" to work with Stock kernel?.
If i use let's say "minicm7 pro v21" as base, and only change the apk's from the apk's folder " from xperiabread apk's to the base minicm7 pro v21 rom" will it work? or is there something missing?. I can't use naa-14 kernel because my phone once in a while shut down or loose signal :S.
Please people i really need answers on this one, because i can't afford a new phone right now "just to run android 2.3 with no bugs" :S , i really like Gingerbread because it's more practical to use than Eclair in everything.
