Which of those versions is for win mon 6.5?

I downloaded and installed the first one, it works with win mob 6.5 on HD2.
First note: It does not give any flash support At least i Have not found any possibility to trigger flash ...
And be careful with rotating the screen in options to landscape - it works, but go back to normal before quitting the browser. Otherwise your homescreen is stuck in landscape what doesn´t work well in 6.5 ...
What's this browser's problem? I scroll down a large website like xda only to see the browser return to the top of the page so I have to scroll down again. Sorry but it's a complete waste of time why should anybody use this software instead of the well working opera browser? It's simply unusable.
Ok I realised that I installed 7.6 instead of 7.7. The current version is better but still suffers occasionally from the behaviour described in my previous post. But at least it is usable now.

I've noticed it did something smart on my Diamond... I had the full Pocketnow.com site open in one tab and opened another site in another tab and didn't get the out of memory message I always got with beta 1... However when I exited Opera 10 b2 I noticed TF3D was shut down and started automatically once Opera was closed...
Maybe it was Opera or the OS that did shut down TF3D to gain more RAM I don't know but I've never experienced this before... If it was Opera then it was a very smart trick
Works ok on my Diamond (with TouchFlo/Sense 2.5) however I find that sometimes when I open up the keyboard the keybaord display is all corrupted with varying colored diagnoal lines. A soft reset is required to correct the issue.

all you have to do is unistall opera go into program file/opera10
and delete the entire folder. then just reinstall it will sync with opera link. hope this helps anyone.
good app, thanks.
I have installed opera10 in internal storage and work very good
Love it.
Reminds me of the first time I tried Opera 9.5 and realized how much better it was than PIE.
Speed dial is driving me nuts
I am using Opera 10 beta 2 on a HTC Touch Pro running WM 6.1.
I was trying to set various websites to the speed dial locations. The first one went ok, then on the second one it duplicated the first. Now I cannot edit or clear the site (or any site) from speed dial. When I hold down the stylus on the site, the menu comes up with 2 choices Edit & Clear. However, when I try to get to that menu, it disappears. VERY frustrating.
In a possibly related issue, when I am within a website, and try to select a tab or box within that site, I usually get no response.
One last related problem, I cannot get a web page to zoom. No matter where or how hard I tap on a page, it doesn't zoom.
These problems are leading me to conclude that the sensitivity with Opera is so low, that it doesn't recognize taps. I don't have this problem in other programs, so it isn't an HTC screen setting.
Has anyone else had these problems?
Is there a registry setting or some other way to fix the speed dial selections or sensitivity problem?
Hi there ... using opera 10.b2 on my TP2 and ... thats the best browser for me I used right now. I compared with the iphone 3g safari ... dont need this.
anybody knows an ebay mobile software for win mobile?
Hey DJChriZZ,
look for MySpike at this page.
Didn't tested it, but looks like this is the only software for WinMo eBay.
does not work on metropcs, I need to find a way to change the user agent to mimic the old opera
There's a new beta version on Opera's site.

* A few stability fixes
* Several other minor bug fixes

This one actually works on my blackstone, flawlessly so far. Previous beta didn't do a few things properly. Amazing piece of software.
how come the site is still showing beta 2?

This app was born to be run on the Streak. Been reading Wanted, on which the 2008 film was based (sortof). The Streaks large, vivid screen rocks it completely!!
Lots of free web comics on a website called PKD Media (dot) com and all over teh netz.
It's great until my CBR files have a double page spread and it cannot open it.
I love this app also - just converted my collection of Asterix and Tintin for my daughter and she loves them! I barely get to use my device now since I got it as she is always on it reading books and comics!
:-(
I used this app to read manga its awesome
Double pages were a bit of a pain. In the main though I found that setting it to "Fit Width" made every very readable.

Nope. Mine still comes up with the 'oops' Unable to load imahge' Message.
Every time it hit's a double page and you can't read any further.
Thats a shame cos otherwise its a good bit of software. Maybe an email to the Devs?
I use myComics on my Streak!
Give myComics for Android app a try!
It's great and optimized for devices with small screens.
The speech balloons' pop up zoom is priceless.

Perfect Viewer
Perfect Viewer for me is the best comic viewer. Awesome on the streak, try it, set it up to your liking. you can set different parts of the screen to a different function, like fit to height, fit to width, next page, previous page, auto rotate, fixed orientation, automatically opens next book upon completion, supports cbr cbz and many others.
It can open 2 page spreads no sweat.
Where is the link to download it?
Sent from my Dell Streak using xda premium
Code:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rookiestudio.perfectviewer&hl=tl
Perfect Viewer is the best for me. It also has a pdf-plugin to view pdf-files. It opens even large pdf-files (>50mb) very fast. Also no problems wirh cbr, cbz and picture folders. Amd a nice bookshelf to organize your comic library.

How can i unlock verizon i920 Omnia II 2?
hi How can i unlock verizon i920 Omnia II 2?
I've connected the phone to another network operator but 3G did not work. They said they didn't know how make 3G (ev-do) to work for this phone.
Do you know what is the problem and how to solve it?
I have no clue.
excellent cocking with the latest 6.5.3 series 23699 but you put on post 1 that is 6.5.5
SORRY i THINK THAT WAS THE 23699 AND IS 23569
Not a problem. So far I've managed to minimize everything keeping all the functionality. The only problem is getting Touch Wiz to work with the widgets. It seems to require some sort of Opera Component. I've cooked back in jcustom and an operadll in from ODC, and then it produces more errors but VS2008 is making DLL hooks to these two DLLS. I gave up for a bit unless someone has another clue.

Wow how did i miss this ROM before... downloading and testing!
EDIT: for some reason, it shows the samsung settings icon in start menu, but there's no option for the windows setting icon... The issue is i can't access all settings through samsung. some features aren't working... other than that. seems to be working great! I like it a lot!
Question: did you cook this thing with 20mb pagepool?? because it's really quick, but low available RAM. although when started up, it doesn't use much. you should try spb benchmark, and see the differences the PP makes.
Heh...
This is on Modaco as well, it just has been buried. The Page pool is about 20 I believe. I don't remember. I will be releasing another UltraLite as soon as I get all of my 2.0 Series done.

If you find the default IE mobile web browser to be a little clunky then give UC Browser a try.
UC Browser is designed to make mobile Web access quicker and more convenient. It's a pretty lightweight application that manages to cram in a number of interesting features without slowing down your browsing experience too much.
Viewing WAP and web sites in UC Browser is a painless experience thanks to its multiple tabs, which allow you to have several pages loaded at once in much the same way as Firefox does. You can flick between the pages simply by tapping tabs, or by using the window icon at the bottom to pull up a pop-up screen listing the tabs you have open.
UC Browser gives you a lot of control over page layout, too. You can choose to view pages in full screen, tweak the font size, zoom images, and tweak image quality.
UC Browser has a number of interesting tools that you don't normally see in a mobile Web browser, such as an integrated download manager, built-in Clipboard for simple copy and paste, and a start page with a number of preset links to a range of categorized web sites. Of course, there's full support for bookmarks too.
There's a simple, yet effective Search tool within UC Browser that facilitates quick searching through Google, Bing or Yahoo!, allowing you to choose which search engine the browser uses. The inclusion of the 'Home' screen makes it easier to get started, because it houses shortcuts to all of your most viewed web pages.
UC Browser is a proxy-based browser, which re-renders and compresses page data on a server before sending it to the client (in much the same as Opera Mini and Skyfire do). This makes it exceptionally quick at loading pages. Unfortunately, it seems that image rendering is sacrificed somewhat in this process, and often you'll find that images won't display properly, which can get annoying.

i haven't used either much but whats nice about this is you pick your make and model of your phone and it customizes the fit and etc. to suit your phone. It's pretty sweet. The pages fit perfect to read them easier without always having to zoom in and scroll around

Just released today UC Browser 7.8 Official Android
Hi guys, I want to introduce my new app, "Cast to", a proposed modern Windows 10 replacement of the DLNA player "Lumia Play to".
{

"lightbox_next": "Next",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
App's pros:
descending sorting of the media items (pictures and videos)
same view and playlist for pics & videos
slideshow plays pics and videos
Continuum support
app able to show panoramas/non-standard pics usually rejected by most of TV's
modern and fast Windows 10 user interface
real support from developer (also, app still under intensive development)
app's cons:
lack of QA/testing
Microsoft casting API instead own DLNA server (as Nokia/Lumia Play to has)
bugs and unstable work on the "budget" low memory handsets
This app is paid ($1.99) but has an unlimited trial version, with only one limitation: you'll see big red overlay "TRIAL VERSION" on your TV and handset.
Windows 10 store link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/p/cast-to/9nblggh5292q
Please, don't rate app low; ask me first here, in forum, or via app's support email.
If you like this app, please rate it "5 stars" and left good review in your store.
Thank you.
great app... dont need free code but already spread news in local forums and blogs (as always for your GREAT apps)
@dxdy, thank you for the good words, my friend!
P.S. Free codes are always available for you - just let me know
"Cast to" got an update 1.2.0
New in this version:
- added "Favorites"
- added sorting
- many bugs are fixed (and new added )
- some changes in the "settings"
Please report new bugs and issues, and your feature requests here. Thank you.
Cast to is currently free in Store!
Cast to
https://www.microsoft.com/store/apps/9nblggh5292q
"Cast to" got an update 1.4.1 (already in store).
What's new:
- significantly improved Continuum mode (as it supposed to be): now you hold UI in your hands (on the phone screen) and big screen receives pics/videos only, very useful!
- added backward playback for the slideshow (before it worked for selected items only). This option is very useful if you wanna demonstrate some events to friends and relatives;
- added "Share to" protocol support, now you can start "Cast to" directly from "Photos" app;
- significantly improved thumbnails/items data loading from cache (I moved changes in "Favorites" search to the separate thread). People with many media items (like me, more than 6000) will feel it!
- fixed bug in the slideshow playback (slideshow stopped after video playback);
- fixed some other bugs, added new ones
