I really loved the star wallpaper from the standard default GS2 wallpapers but after updating today using Kies it is gone!
Is it just me?

On my Galaxy S2, I only have a selection of four wallpapers preinstalled & a few live wallpapers. I did the firmware upgrade as well as format the internal storage.
Would someone kindly upload the phones wallpapers somewhere? I'd prefer to have a starry background as well

I am not sure. I just found them in the image for i9100. I don't have a I9100 to verify whether they are the actual wallpapers or not.

Yes, they are just pictures. You can put them on your sd card or where ever you save your wallpapers and then just set them as wallpapers.
What about the animated wallpapers? Can anyone upload the one with the windmills?

I've a question...I saw a youtube video regarding VillainRom 5.3. In the video I saw a lot of Live Wallpapers. I also installed VillainRom 5.3...but I have only one live wallpaper. Where can I find others? I'm also searching about the Vanilla-style clock!

Hmm are you sure that you installed the correct patch?
When i installed it i got several live wallpapers to chouse from
Try to reinstall ..
do you find these dont work with the sense homepage, but work on the launcher page?
I simply installed the ROM (v. 5.3)...sure the last version. Is there a patch to install after the ROM?
How can I try from the launcher and not in Sense. I've already done this in the past...but now I don't remember! Excuse me...I'm a newbie...

Note that the live wallpaper patch also breaks the functionality of Google Maps Navigation to show the 3D version of the current road/area. ie. Most of the screen will be black.

The same way you flashed the rom. Through the recovery menu.

Maybe last version of Villainrom has not that issue...what version are you using??
Can someone here share the galaxy s II walpapers? i searched on google but all i got was the live wallpapers, and those drain the battery so, i always pass

Has anyone got the HTC Sense live wallpaper working on there phones? I have CM7 6.5.4, I tried flashing a few but none work.
If you know how to get it working PLEASE send me a link to witch one I should flash. I want that live wallpaper really bad.

Yes...use root explorer to move this zip to system/media and overwrite the original bootanimation.zip.

No problem...BTW this can be used in any rom that has bootanimation.zip support....which is almost all of them
