Can anyone here Help me with the Force close issue please??/????
I changed few framework-res.apk png files and I m having a force close when I try to make a call.
So can anyone tell me how to fix this or which png should not be touched???????

Just about to finish a good theme to releaze but this Force Close is avoiding,

If someone can't help you out with this, you still can fix your phone again with flashtool or Seus. from Sony ericssons website downloads.
But that might delete the theme you created.
I hope you can figure out your problem.

Thanks Friend for atleast replying something, I sorted out my problem,
I just used a fresh firmware, and copied my edited pngs 1 by 1 and kept it pushing in my phone everytime, to check if which image was giving me trouble, but this time nothing happened, and it went smooth.
Problem Solved.

Hi , im such an idiot i was tying to change my xperia x10 theme , overwriting the framework.res.apk with rootmanager but i forgot to set the correct permisions , then my phone rebooted itselft and got stuck at the sony ericsson screen , i tried to flash again the process goes ok but when i tried to turn it on again , it's still stuck at SE screen ; please help me i dunno what to do :S
New info . i tried every 2.1 firmware with no luck , but i downgraded to 1.6 and then flashed to 2.1 again and it worked , if any1 have this problem add me to msn [email protected] , TY

The framework can't be copied over, it needs to be pushed and installed.

You could just flash again only using system.bin and everything you had would be there.

You also will need loader.sin
I did this a couple of times and work for me; I only need to root again

PS: In the firmware folder, you need to leave ONLY this 2 files: System.sin and loader.sin. Backup and delete all other files like amss.sin, cache.sin, etc.
Okey, to begin with, this thread may be around somewhere, tho i doubt it, cause ive been searching over the internet for more than 2 hours. Please don't post comments like: Noob use the search button. It may be even so nooby that everyone already figured it out but me, and im just stupid. You can also say that if thats the problem

My problem:
Normally, with all my themes, it came out nicely zipped, and all done for flashing with xRecovery. But tripnarc came out as a rar file. I extracted it with winrar, and then zipped it. I put it on my Xperia X10. Then i rebooted my phone. I chose install custopm zip in xRecovery. Than i get an error (bad) and the installation is aborted. Does anyone know how to make this work?

are you sure its a rar file, and not just the icon is. Mine is a zip file when you right click/properties on the file.

Mate,are you talking about a rom or a theme? Cause tripNArc is a rom..not a theme!

Roms, themes ^^ Im a very big noobie, and the title shouldve been Tripnarc Rom.
Oh and i flashed it, but it kept rebooting, it says that it shpuld rebpot a few times but this is the 21th time so im getting abit worried :/

Take care that you have the right bb..and if you can..try to crash system server in dev tools..anyway if you want tripNArc rom i suggest you to try newest version on modaco forum..there you can find version 1.0.1 instead of 0.9!

Oh damnit, just realized something. The landscape mode won't work on TripNArc :/ All the games dont work, is there any way to make them work?
Landscape is glictched cause arc screen is 4.3 inch instead of 4 inch of x10..no way to fix this by trip! That rom is not ready for daily use imo..and trip is too busy with miui and can't fix this rom! I like it too but i tried many times to use it but there are too much problems and bugs!

Hi; I would like to apply the 'circle battery & reboot' mod, has anyone got a framework file I can use?!
I am on 2.1 latest firmware/baseband .67.
Or, is there a guide I have missed, I did search but there is only advice for older 2.1versions!!!!

Let me know if you manage to get it to work. Definitely interested in finding out.
I managed to change the framework res apk, found the images for charge/discharge and relaxed them, but the stock apk only has about 6 images to change, so no 100 step battery circle:-( also could not work out how to add reboot option. Can anyone else advise? !!

I installed the new MiniCM9 and everything worked out for me, unless I deleted the Cyanogenmod Wallpapers and Trebuchet apks with Titanium Backup. The result is, that my x10Mini is showing a blinking MiniCM9 and nothing else, how to fix this?
I think I need to reinstall both apk, but how exactly? When I access the recovery, the only USB location I have access to from my laptop is the SD-Card.
Pls help me. Thank you so much...

Trebuchet.apk is home launcher app, because you removed it, phone cannot be accessed.
Just reflash the ROM, it should work.

And it was wrong section also.
I don't really know what caused this problem, but whenever I want to change theme it says "Unfortunately theme manager has stopped".
I have an Xperia U running stock 6.1.1.B.1.54 firmware. Maybe somehow the thememanager.apk got corrupted or something, but that's only a guess. I'd be really grateful if someone could help. Suggest a solution or post a working thememanager,apk from your phone so I could try it.

Try to force stop Theme Manager at Settings>Apps>All
Do you install any themes?
