Hi all.
There´s any way to use HD extern with Entertainment Center? I plugged an HD on my Dock and the EC dont recognized my movies on it, just the movies on phone´s internal memory.
My hd is on FAT32 and all movies compatible with my phone.
I think if I cant do that, this is very disappointing.

Perhaps I posted on the wrong HD forum? F. Spartan, do you think it would make a diff?
HD doesn't have TV-OUT, so no.
yes, it is possible. You can hook it up through Usb and put it in mass storage mode. You'll be able to play movies that are stored on the Microsd card of your HD. But that would be thesame as plugging in a simple usb flash drive. You won't be able to get tv out from the HD
Right, I'm not trying to get tv out from the HD. My question was wether this item would recognize the memory card and hence be able to play movies, pictures, music through the box.
In that case: yes, it will most likely work
It would be nice to watch movies in bigger screen. I'm looking for a guide. Thanks!
the HD2 doesn't support TV Out so it isn't possible. Unless you copy the file to a computer and play it on your monitor.
Hi guys,
Theres any way to see my movies on my external HD or Pen drive using laptop dock, dock HD, through Entertainment Center?
I only can see the movies on internal memory, not external.
Anyway?
I believe the external hard drive has to be formatted to FAT32 and not NTFS.
So primeboss, I put on pendrive with fat32 on usb´s lapdock, the cellphone recognize it, but when I enter on Entertainment Center, on "Videos", dont show the file.
How do I play movies, without the MHL adapter, from my Amaze to my ps3? Thanks in advance! I tried using the "Connected Media" app that came with the phone but it scans and never finds my PS3.
You have to have the videos in .MP4 format. Make a folder on your memory card or internal storage. Call it PS3. Within the PS3 Folder, make another folder called Videos. Put the videos in there.
so it'll be like
Memory card/Internal Storage -> PS3 -> Videos
Use the imediashare app thru wifi works great for YouTube and videos on your phone and format doesn't matter most videos play. The only thing I can't figure out is how to play the market movies or rentals I really want to figure out a way because the prices are less for rentals then ps3 store or the Xbox live store.

dear experts,
i have a question regarding playing files on TV via wife which are located on an external HD, which is connected to TF101. In other words, i have toshiba external drive 500 gb, tf101, samsung ace 2 phone, samsung tv and skifta program. The idea is, connect external drive to tf101, initiate skifta in tf101 and in ace 2 phone and by using phone initiate a movie on TV which is located in external drive?
And here I come into a problem, i can play movies on TV that are on my phone, and those that are in TF101, but with skifta my ace 2 does not list movies that are on external drive which is connected to TF101 If i use only TF101 and skifta, i also can play on TV only those files, that are on TF101 but those which are on external HDD are not listed.
Is there a way to do that? Thank you!
