What icons are you looking to change? If its in the app drawer, you'd need to go in and change the file one by one unless you found a perfect theme. There are a few good apps that let you change icons on the home screen. Desktop VisualizeR is a good one.
I want to change app drawer icons without any theme.

Whichever app's icon you want to change, first get it on your PC. Decompile it, change the icon and then recompile!
Replace it with the current app with root explorer!

- First transfer the apk file, you want to edit, to your computer. ( I am assuming you know how to )
- Use 7zip to extract the apk on your PC.
- Edit the icons you want in the folder you just got after extracting the apk.
- Now open the Original Apk with 7zip.
- Now drag the edited icons from the extracted folder to the original apk and overwrite them.
Now you can install it on your phone!

Is there anyway to theme apps on the go? Meaning replace some icons, images with the phone....

Nope you need to decompile the apk and change the files which cant be done on the device.
You could use a custom launcher to change the image it uses for the icon but it won't actually change the apps icon

You deleted the file where?
If you are trying to paste it where are you copying from?
What phone and Rom do you have?
Here is an original accuwheatherphone.apk system file if you need it from the i527m version, as i see by your signature you have the GT-I9205 version if this is correct, they should be the same file i am thinking and you can try it if you like. :good:

If you have the apk file in your system/apps already, look in the widgets as this is were it will show..if the weather is not showing on your home screen you have to add it like you add a widget as this is the way i had to do it as i also tried that transparent weather apk that did not work for me, it should work with a reboot..but it might have to be added like a widget in case the rebooting part does not work.

What do you mean 'you have to add it like you add a widget'? The widget also not showing at the widget drawer. I dont know how to solve this problem. I tried many ways but dosent change anything.

Once you have the apk file copied back to the system/app folder it will show up in widgets..well it should after a reboot and you find it in widgets and hold your finger down on it and it should go to your home screen and then you release and it should be on your home page.
But if it is no showing up in the widgets drawer then that is weird..the weather apk file you have in system/apps folder is ithe permission set to rw-rw-r-- and you can use your root explorer to set the permission and reboot and see if it works then..if this does not work then I am kinda baffled on this.
