Mediascape FLAC - XPERIA X10 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Is there any way to play .flac music files via mediascape?
Maybe there's some workaround? By this I dont mean downloading .flac supporting app like Coreplayer.
Thanks.

Sharing spotify trough DLNA ?

Hello, since this phone can share music, photos and video's trough DLNA I wonder if its possible to stream Spotify music from this device to a DLNA compatible device.
(Spotify is a program that streams music from "Spotify AS", so I dont have mp3 files that I can play trough another player, I need to stream the sound that spotify plays.)

I'm pretty sure it can't be done, well not with the standard spotify app anyway, someone might one day come up with a mod that allows it.

[Q] Some FLAC files won't play

I have an HTC One X with Jellybean software. It plays most FLAC files but occasionally I download an album and it won't play on my Android phone although these same files play perfectly with VLC on my computer. Is there any player that I can install on my phone that will play all types of FLAC files?
Folder Player supports FLAC. Also I think both winamp and poweramp support FLAC.
Poweramp is the key
Download poweramp. I have never had an issue with any flac file that was downloaded. It has a great look and sound.

Do I need to install a FLAC player, or is it installed?

Currently transferring my music collection to FLAC on my laptop, curious if I will need to install additional software to play FLAC files on my v30.
Thanks in advance!
LG stock music player plays FLAC files, no need for anything else.
Excellent, thanks!
