Does anyone, by chance, have the original stock apps for Optimus V? I'm mainly looking for the Accounts app. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think the stock LG keyboard isn't supported in CM7 yet as it comes with Gingerbread keyboard.
You can try an alternative Touchpal from the Android Market.
