I love the way MIUI looks but not the way it acts.
Can I port just the status bar from MIUI with all the icons but keep a stock samsung touchwiz layout or maybe AOSP ?

If you mean the theme selector from aosp and aokp that's not going to happen. There are a few themes available have a look at the themes and apps section or try a modded stock ROM like alliance which has loads of options
just wondering if there is a mod for the s4 to add the aosp lockring to a touchwiz ROM.
