[GAMES][MODS] C2Doomers Doom Total Conversions - Windows Mobile Apps and Games

As a former moderator of now lost C2Doomers forum, I have decided to share all those great DOOM total conversions that can be played on our devices using GFDoom (instructions are here. All of these games are merged, so just put them in Gfdoom directory and rename the one you want to play to DOOM2.wad.

There is no installation, just copy the contents of this zip to your phone, put WAD files in the same directory and use gfDoomLauncher to play
How to change a skin:
GfDoomLauncher->Skin
GFDoom supports nice feature to change skins this way completely redesigning the onscreen buttons layout. In package I have added some original skins and some custom ones designed for Raphael and Diamond (BADoomed and EnergyROM, with these two skins you can go into great fullscreen mode!!! )
For persons with WVGA screens- please, use WVGAFIX4

ON TG01.. finally found a shareware iwad file, then the launcher tells me it can't use it lol. nice.
So.. I just ran the exe rather than the launcher and it allows me to scroll on the menu, but I cannot quit the application I have to reset my phone. I can I can't select anything on the menu? (Am I missing anything here?)
Managed to get it working just by running the exe (as mentioned before), and somehow selecting the keyboard. Bizarrely the exit option is now working as well. Not sure if that's because I changed the skin inside gflauncher first? (I'm not using gflauncher though).

the menu doesn't work, such as "new game", "options", "quit game". counldn't save or read game.
btw, now i found out how to quit. need a bit time to be used to navi pad.
still coundn't use wvga mode even i installed wvgafix4.
i used to play this game on my lunix phone (moto e680i)

Have you tried pressing home key then shutting it down with task mgr
?. How does it run on the hd2?. I'm going try it tomorrow.

What is going on ?. It uninstallled all my memory card and after 3 resets my hd2 is at a crawl. I deleted this doom program.

Ok. Nothing has been uninstallled. I apologize for the comment below.It is all the short cut links that have been deleted after exiting game. Has this happened to anybody else. I'm not a programmer so is this just coincidence ?. Sorry to OP if it is. Thanks

Downloaded goldeneye, changed name to doom2.wad. It was like a demo. Looked good though. No buttons worked. Then my hd2 went crazy,so I soft reset it. Then suddenly all my programs and games short cuts were gone. Had to re install all my cabs. Phone working fine again after hard reset. No idea what happened.

Hello, sorry for not replying earlier, but I was quite busy preparing for the exams. I am not sure how does GFDoom look on HD2, I would be more than grateful if someone could make a screenshot for me And I completely haven't thought about the persons that do not have center button, sorry For now, you can use BaDoomedorigNoNaviB keyboard and press LOAD as an enter key. Also, if you would like to have working hardware keys, use the program attached to this post and write me the values of each button so I could map them ASAP In the second post I have also included some pics that should explain the onscreen cotrols, including the exit button.
fallenmonk-> That is quite strange, I am not a developer of GfDoom (source is available, so any good dev could improve it ), but I doubt if this menace was caused by GfDoom

Good to hear that! You can go back to portrait by pressing back key. If that doesn't work, please, post me HD2 keycode for that button I you will get a new skin in no time For a black bar problem, I can get it fixed if you could provide me a picture similar to the one I have attached to this post, just extended to exactly 240x400 and then I could edit doomskin settings to use it fullscreen (hopefully ) You could even improve the standard set of keys to fill the gap in the new part of the screen and I could make them work!

Thanks for the reply. I will give it another go. Goldeneye looked very good on the hd2. Demo even had a bazooka lol. Only the up and down buttons worked on menu but not enter so could not start actual game. Will try post some pics. Thanks.
