No, that doesn't necessarily mean that.
Hi guys!
I've just updated to 2.3.3. I would like to know how to root my phone WITHOUT a computer, 'cos my computer died
Thanks!

download z4root
write z4root.apk at google , there will be results
Use gingerbreak. z4root doesn't work past 2.2
I tried both of them but they don't seem to be working

Well downloading the zip on phone sometimes cause problems with recovery

But it is only possible to set a custom recovery after rooting right?

I would to know someone opinion about it. Is that stable and secure? Do I loose any recovery feature after installing it?

It's nice but it doesn't stick after reboot. You have to wait until devs include it to their kernels

I've installed the clockwork the first time but went into bootloop and had to reboot my cel. Is there a stable version?
