Firstly id just like to say Hi, I'm new here and hope im not breaking any site rules by posting in the help section, its just I Cannot post in developers forum quite yet so was hoping someone could ask in that forum for me.....
I recently upgraded my x10 to Achotjan_Froyo_2.2.1 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1009220) and noticed that the messaging dictionary only suggests contact names instead of dictionary words, do i need to change a setting on the device to use dictionary?? I checked my input and its set to ANDROID KEYBOARD i have show suggestions, Quick fixes and Show suggestions turned on,

Was this seriously necessary? Read around and you WOULD find that its out of the developers hands until HTC does there part. You've had an account since June, wouldnt you of known by now that its not a good idea to start a thread about something like this?

Ahhh... I see whats going on now.
If I write it in two words like you, I get the same suggestions, but when writing it in one word, like "servicemenu" I only get my own thread.
But anyway, thanks for the tip. Initially I didn't even now that it made suggestions, so I still learned something

Hi, im having some problems with my EVO 3D.
More specifically the softkeys are no longer working (they work sometimes, but not very often), so i have to use a on-screen solution. That works, but i rather like to have my softkeys fixed.
Soo, that lead me to returning the phone to the store where i bought it, but before i do that id like to check the indicators for water damage so they dont hand me the phone back with a big-ass bill without fixing the problem.
But i dont know how the indicators are supposed to look if they are triggered?
So here are a couple of pictures, maybe someone can help me out?

Disclaimer: I've got zero knowledge about Android programming
I found an awesome music player from a chinese rom called Lewa OS, which I really liked. Its a Win phone/ubermusic styled player but with lyric, playlist and equalizer support (things you wished ubermusic had ) and is very smooth indeed. I bet if this app is fixed there would be a lot of fans for this app.
And So I decided to extract the app from the ROM and had to deodex it, since the ROM was an odexed (Please do remember that I've got zero knowledge about Android programming). The app works (on MIUI 2.2.3 GB) But there's ugly purple colored background image found on the tabs all over the app .
