for those who got problems to see, who is calling
because of the unlock bar under cm7, here is one solution:
You just have to change the unlock bar style
in the cyanogenmod settings.
Change it to "Rotation" (i dunno what is it called in the english version, got the german one)
it's the second style.
Then the bar should be transparent.
The name of the incoming call is still covered by the unlock bar,
but you can read it
For me this is the easiest and best way

1) okay, so ive wasted about 3 hours attempting to do the carrier logo trick that i saw on YOUTUBE located here:

each and everytime i try to do this it never works. The theme(suave redone dark) will pop up in the theme manager then say it cannot be applied. so my first question is.... whats going on?!?! lol all im tryng to put is the carrier logo that says "illest" in red
2) i would like to also know how to change my screen indicators into the skulls indicators(ive seen some users have there indicators as skulls, or even X's and O's i do not care which one)
3) i have also seen users have a multi colored line going underneath their status bar, as well as custom icons to show 3g and service and battery(im guessing these icons are framework) so my last question is how do you do this....
this is how i would like my overall theme to look(i know how to set it up but changing the icons is where i need the help so if anyone can just show me how or send me the mtz id appreciate the xmas gift.(i tried looking at guides but they do not help at all)

Status Bar: Suave redone dark(with red illest carrier logo, and that multi colored line under the status bar)

I using CM10 on my Samsung Galaxy S (I9000), but i while like to add custom icons to the slider lock, what i mean i it gives you the option to add and remove icons to the circle, but only the default icons for an app, what i would like to do is add white icons same as the camera, unlock and google icons on the circle already, if possible, even use the same tone of white. Is that possible? i bet it is, but i dont know how to make it happen.

Hi guys, I'm desperatly searching a way to have simple notification like just the icon on the status bar when I receive something, but not a preview of the messages if I expand the dropdown menù. I don't like others reading my messages from apps like WhatsApp. It's possible in some ways? Whatever method is accepted, exposed included. I've android 7.1.1 nougat for oneplus2. Thank you so much!

I wanna know, if this is possible:
I like to use the search bar on my Honor 10 more, but when I pull down the bar and search for a contact (i wanna call directly over the search bar results) there is no calling icon and I cannot open the found contact.
Is this a bug or can I do anything to change this?
