The apps don't host the song on their servers. The find places where you can download the songs. So technectly they aint illegal. Just like apatoid.

The app isn't necessarily illegal, but what a majority of the mp3 downlod app users do *IS* illegal. And with a name like "mp3 downloader", it's not hard to know what its true intentions are.

They're illegal like torrent sites are illegal. However, unlike a torrent CLIENT, these MP3 Downloader apps exist for no legitimate reason.

Swarm is in the android market on your phone, Media Hub is a app thats preinstalled on your phone, you should have it.

Go to www.knowyourcell.com and look for Tmobile/Samsung Vibrant and it tells you all you need to know about how to format your movies to fit your phone, and also a bunch of other stuff.

just use swarm its the best for downloading movies right to the phone. only problem is that when downloading everything else on ur phone is very slow even texting takes a while
Go to icefilms.info and you can download all your favorite TV shows and download movies. Download only works for me over wifi and Skyfire browser.

does skyfire allow increased download sizes? and is that why you can download movies straight to the phone on reg. network?
Try dvd fab its a dvd convertor I use it to convert dvds to mp4 or avi then rip it to ur phone memory works awesome and its free
Lovin my vibrant
I checked out ice films. It says you have to have divx. But the divx download isnt supported on the vibrant. How do you work around that?

Does anyone know of a way to be able to view browsing history of my childs phone. She has been deleting the history from her browser and I believe she is talking to a grown man on her phone. The text messages have ended, but, I think she is using her browser some how as it's wiped clean whenever she gets home from school now. HELP!

I can't say that I'm a strict parent but taking away the phone our anything materialistic would be my go-to solution. A parent is responsible for a childs safety, and don't forget, phones are able to log on wifi as well, so just cutting off a data plan is also not an option.

I can't believe these kind of apps are allowed in the market. It is just ripping of music and stealing from the artists and google allows it. There must be some complaints came in from the musicians you might think.

From the looks of the apps still on the market, they only download songs from legal free sources - public domain works and from artists who choose to make their music available.

Mp3 downloader pro is my favorite by far..searches artists albums etc..It's not one of those apps that you have to know exactly what your looking for..
Music Junk has a really large database always works well for me.

Just use the 4shared app from market... The one made in Russia and search for mp3 downloader...that's what I did
