I found a new Swype installer and instructions to use it in the main CM7 thread, I think it got the magnifier inside.
Copy and paste dedraks's post:

I made a new Swype installer.
Now you don't need to reboot in to recovery in order to install it.
1) Just download the attached zip.
2) Unzip.
3) Copy it to /data/local:
Code:
adb push swype-installer.sh /data/local/
4) Run the installer:
Code:
adb shell /data/local/swype-installer.sh
Done.

i've put together a very simple boot animation, which doesn't light up the room on boot
now ... do i put it in /data/local or /system/customize/resource using adb? or can i create an update.zip for ease of use?

i flashed the exact same image to my desire last year & despite having since flashed numerous roms to it - the boot has always remained. i'd like to achieve the same on my flyer since simplicity is the aim & i do get tired of busy animations very quickly.
thanks
Try using adb on
/data/local
-And replace the bootanimation.zip
-Dont forget to change the file permission (it should be rw-r--r--)
Or you can use the root explorer.
Dont forget to change the android_audio.mp3 file also.
Hope this help.

easy, copy paste drop drag file in existing collection zip you have, using 7zip.
It's a feature you'll find in the next CWM (v 6.0.1.1). For now, the latest version for the GTI9300 is 6.0.1.0

Hey, guys, we know that some ROMs don’t have the “Delete” button on the screenshot preview like the Sony Xperia series. Hence, here is the guide that can help you add “Delete” button to your screenshot preview for your ZU.
PS: Full Guide can be found here: http://xswxm.com/?p=1023
Recommed:
Officail 108&118 odexed ROM
Tested Deviced & ROM:
C6833 with HK_108_ROM
Steps:
1. Backup your ROM or just backup the files ("/system/priv-app/SystemUI.apk" & "/system/priv-app/SystemUI.odex") will be covered later;
2. Unzip SystemUI_ODEXED.zip and copy the files to "/system/";
3. Set 211 or 644 permission for these two files;
4. Copy them to "/system/priv-app/", just cover the files inside;
5. Restart your cellphone and enjoy!
Download: SystemUI_ODEXED.zip (Notice: Not Flashable)
