FLYNN Theme 3
After installation make the following:
Settings -> CyanogenMod -> User interface -> Tweaks extras -> Select a theme -> STOCK_Black and reboot your device

I'm glad someone followed my advice. Thank you for this theme, it's better than the gingerbread one... will be nice to have the stock se icon for the battery.
