If you have root access, use the root explorer and copy the files of /data/app
And the market apk is vending.apk

You may try root uninstaller.

Yes, root uninstaller from market. Try to search it from market
My titanium version 3.6.5 doesn't need to backup before delete.

I'll try that Now... Thanx!!
I'm also having a similar problem, except there's just a lock symbol in front of each file, all 71 of'em, and it won't even show that it's gone. My new device can't be rooted yet, so root uninstaller won't work for me, but I have the same problem on my old device, that is rooted, so maybe it'll work on that one.

How do I unflash gapps? Someone recommended I installed it so I did and now I have 2 of some apps and gmail force closes. Everything worked fine before I flashed it so now I'm wondering, how do I unflash it?
Remove the apk files of gapps from /system/app
I suggest clearing data of them before deleting apks.
Root uninstaller

I opened the gapps.rar and checked the apps in it then removed them one by one using root explorer. Had some problems after removing a few so I flashed them back and now everything works.

Use ClockworkMod for backup your custom rom or stock rom. Or you can use titanium backup app.

Do a full backup with Titanium Backup. All apps and their data including system ones will be backed up. Wifi pass bluetooth pairings whatever you need except kernel or so. You will get what you want.
