[Q] Help fixing my phone? - Optimus One, P500, V General

OK so i rooted using this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1031110. Then i flashed this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=962862 but had some problems and it wouldn't work. now when i try to reboot it gets stuck on the ANDROID screen. and i didn't make a nand backup but i did make a clockwork backup but don't know how to access it. any help would be appreciated even if takes me to a nonrooted phone.

Did you wipe before flashing?
Make sure you also wipe boot and system under the "mounts" option at the root of clockwork recovery before flashing

Stuck at Boot

So I unlocked my phone using pudding to flash the 2.3.5 rom. Then I decided to rdslight back to stock(photon SUN-198_7). I don't know if I needed to flash stock recovery smg but I've tried that but my photon still won't boot past the boot screen. Any other methods?

Try wiping before flashing.
When wiping, make sure you wipe all the cache, davlik cache, and then do a factory reset. After doing all that, then flash the rom.
If that does not work, had you done a nandroid backup before flashing a rom? If so, try reverting to that.
The problem is that when I rds to sbf file photon SUN-198_7 its stuck in a bootloop.

The 2.3.5. Removes recovery. Install boot strap recovery, and use it to flash zip version of romracer cwm.

Are you seeing any messages on the screen when the phone boot loops? Can you RSD and fastboot? Are you getting any failed to boot messages?
I fixed it. Did a fastboot -w to wipe and then proceeded with unlock sbf. Thanks for the input tho.

[Q] Help for on old Atrix user

sent my wife's rooted atrix in for repair and they sent me back one with 4.5.141 i think it is. Now ive managed to get "unlocked" where it will flash when i boot and i have CWM installed on it but i cant get any rom to boot. I know im overlooking something simple probably but i cant seem to figure it out. If anyone could help i would really appreciate it. And yes i have searched but there is so much conflicting info on here now. Thanks in advance Could someone please give an old atrix user a hand?
I need to know a little more before I see if I can help.
1) Are you on the newest CWM recovery?
2) Did you put the zip file in the root of your storage?
3) Did you remember to wipe data, cache, dalvik before flashing the ROM?
4) What happens when you try to boot the phone up after flashing the ROM?
Sent from that Atrix... Motorola, where's my ICS?!

Probably a corrupted sdcard, save important files to the pc and format the card from the phone. Place the files back, see if you are rooted and if not reroot with CF-Root and try again. Do not superwipe this time.Just do data/factory reset, wipe cache and dalvik cache and format system and data in mounts and storage.
Hello, sorry for reviving this old thread, but it seems that this would be a logical place to ask if it's recommended to do a super wipe before every non stock ROM flash.

Aymeric sad men
Which recovery are you running? TWRP or CWM? Sounds like a very corrupt backup or a botched restore. Can you enable mass storage in recovery for PC to move files to phone SD? If so, try flashing a stock Rom from development section.

Flash TWRP in fastboot, then sideload a stock sense Rom.
