[Q] B2FA020 or R2BA026???

Heyy
My phone is slower then before i updated/ rooted it ..
Is the R2BA026 better then B2FA020 ?
-phone info -
From Denmark
Model :X10i
FM ver. : 1.6
baseband ver. : 1.0.24
kernel ver. : 2.6.29-rel semc-android(at)SEMC #2
version number : B2FA020
Yes, the phone is much faster/responsive with R2BA026 Rom.
A lot of "tuning" has been made to various things in the rom, but try searching:
"Difference between R2BA020 and R2BA026"
in the X10 forum, and i think you will find your answer.
thanks for the reply
You're welcome.
Phone is much faster with R2BA026 but I am experiencing the famous wi-fi bug
Drives me crazy.

[Q] How to change Baseband Version? Help...

Hi, I need help to change the Baseband Version to M76XX-TSNCJOLYM-53404015
My phone (CLARO - Brazil):
Model Number: U20a
Firmware: 2.1-update1
Kernel Version: 2.6.29 SEMCUser at SEMCHost #1
Build Number: 2.0.A.0.504
Baseband Version: M76XX-TSNCJOLYM-53404006
Root: YES
xRecovery: Installed
Just upgrade your phone to the latest Sony Ericsson firmware using SEUS or PC Companion
My phone have the latest update to CLARO, Brazil (SEUS returns: your mobile phone is up to date).
Any other way?
I got with this post: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=12863313&postcount=48
It's the best way. You'll lose root and xrecovery though, so you have to start over.

[Q] Noob question - Atrix 4G Brazil

Hi mates,
I have a Atrix 4G I bought in Brazil with the following data:
Model: mb860
Android: 2.2.2
Baseband: N017707P
Kernel: 2.6.32.9 WMB050ZBR05LNXDROID07 #1
OLYLA U4 0.50.0
The question is, I can flash the roms that are available in this paradise called xda without any worries of changing something that will disable some feature of my phone? For example, would I be able to use the simcard from the telecom company here in Brazil? I noticed that the roms are separated by company, this dont happens with Galaxy S roms, for example.
Thanks a lot!

[Q] Roll back to Gingerbread on O2 (UK) GSII help

Phone specs:
Model: GT-I9100
Android Version: 4.0.3
Baseband Version: I9100XXLPR
Kernel Version: 3.0.15-I9100XWLP3-CL287862
[email protected]#3
Build Number: IML74K.XWLP3
Operator: O2 (UK)
I have the above model and since upgrading to ICS, the phone has an issue where the battery seems to drain within a couple of hours. I have done a factory reset, run with no additional apps, and even bought a new battery. Nothing has helped. Upon my google travels, I saw a number of users with similar issues who were blaming ICS. So I would like to roll back to Gingerbread.
I found this guide: http://www.galaxys2forums.com/17-sa.../3405-how-roll-back-gingerbread-gt-i9100.html which tells me to download the O2 UK firmware from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1113928
I think I need this one: XWLP3: Download - Firmware info: PDA: XWLP3| Phone: XXLPR CSC: eek:2ULP4
But the link seems to be dead. Is there anywhere else to get the firmware? And am I looking at the right thing in the first place?
Sorry if this is a very basic query, but I have no experience with flashing phone firmware and would really appreciate guidance on this as my phone is almost useless to me right now.
Thank you!

Thank you for that link. I am now downloading the firmware.
"United Kingdom (O2) 2011 November 2.3.5 I9100XWKJ1 I9100O2UKJ1"
Apologies for my ignorance..The tutorial I linked to then linked to that thread which made me think that all the links there were for GB firmwares. I don't know how to read the shorthand for the different Android versions.
Its ok.Just google firmwares next time to see which version it is.
I run rooted kg5 on this thing.
