Sorry it's my fault, the correct combination it's home+power.. It's possible that I don't push the buttons at the exactly same time. Anyway thanks

On the Virgin SPH-D710VMUB using Android 4.1.2 and announcing itself at turn-on as a Samsung Galaxy S II, the standard Power+VOL-DOWN does not work. For this goofy phone, you need to hit the physical Power button at the same time you hit the Home softkey. Adds an extra level of difficulty, since if you're off the Home softkey by a bit, you get the Shutdown dialog.
