anyways Commping on to the Question is
1. i Downloaded "Metaphor" From Market and Installed jTheme .. Not Bad But i Wanted 2.3's theme .. Is their any way from which i can Get 2.3's theme.
And How do i get Back to my 2.1's Theme ?
2. i had seen alot of Videos.. Read tutorials But Guys The Main Problem Was When i Press Camera+TurnON key .. My Phone Just Starts normally. .! it doesnt comes in recovry mode or :S What ever it is (Sorry i dont know much)
... Thats Reason i m not able to install 2.3 Rom on my Phone m missing 2.3 alot ( Guys Help ME

Rooted ! With z4root
U Have to Flash KDZ FASTBOOT ROM! google them then u can normally go to fastboot and do what u want
BTW it is just the first time U will Think it is hard. But after u will know that there is no easier !

Best guide I have found does work I did have a boot loop problem after installing the European ROM (my phone was on 2.1 update 1 to start with) but after installing a new rom(Gingerbread] 2.3.4 | CyanogenMod 7 | SwiftDroid (v2.0 M6)| Mur4ik) every thing works fine.

I am having a bit of a problem with my HTC HD2 ,
from the day i bought it , (mostly of my .....caprice )
When i bought the phone it was completely in greek ,
and to be honest i wouldnt mind sticking a shotgun in my
mouth than working this phone in greek (even though i am greek )
So after some time of searching i downloaded HSPL and an english rom .
i downloaded the version
RUU_Leo_HTC_WWE_1.48.405.2_Radio_Signed_15.28.50.07U_2.05.51.05_2_Ship
Even if i do go into HTC official website i cant download any update on it ,
because it only lets me download the greek version .
I tried looking for a newer version , but this is the only one i found .
I tried everything , i even tried my sim card on another HD2 that a friend is using , and it works ok , but i cant take his rom since he bought it exactly like that with a version 1.66 xxxx .
Can anyone offer any advice please?

Hmm difficult,
Did you think about using a cooked Rom?
I know a Rom builder here on xda (also coming from Greece) who build Rom's close to stock Rom philosophy and he have also (ELL) Greek version.

I have downloaded Artemis rom ,
in English
It works fine , my sms are beeing sent perfectly ,
apps work fine , the only problem i am having now ,
is that it freezes from time to time and i cant do anything .
But oh well , thats nothing compared to the cant send sms issue so
i'm pretty happy . I am trying to figure out how to install Android on it now ,
hopefully i will get away from Evil Microsoft

First of all i did search on google and forums very well before posting this and i didn't find my answer
Im trying to run an old version of the app NAVITEL 5.0.0.1069 on my sony xperia s running the latest build of Ice cream sandwish .
it installs fine but when i enter it it crashes . newer versions work of course , but im FORCED to use the old one for a specific reason :S
i tried running the APK file on other phones running froyo and gingerbread , the app works fine but fails to launch on ICS .
I don't want to downgrade to gingerbread .
So please if there's any solution to run the app in ICS post below .

i have (feiteng gt-a7100 ) and i faced some problems i hope u guys can help me, i know nothing about android so if u gona help please tell me exactly what should i do.
1- on market i tried to download viber but i found that its not compatible with my device (android 4.0.4 ICS) i downloaded an apk file sent it to my phone and installed it.. worked but with some audio issues sometimes one side cant hear the other or both sides may hear each other but audio vanish in 4-5 sec for both , i dunno whats the problem here is there anything i can do to fix it ? or its not supported for my phone anyway?
2- no video streaming even after installing latest flash player.
3- arabic letters appears unconnected.

hey the problem is the phone is not running ICS 4.0.4 its actually running Gingerbread 2.3.5 i know since i've got the same phone haha it just has 4.0.4 UI

i need help with choosing and installing a custom rom for my LG Optimus P690.. i am looking for a stable rom,specially one which supports camera,bluetooth,wifi n usb tethering and 128 k sim..
my main intention is to get rid of unwanted system apps,get a better speed n performance n new graphics while maintaining daily usage..
i found a very few custom roms for my device basically from cyanogen and MIUI but dey hav issues wid camera,sim etc. Also,they dont seem.to be updated or bug fixed now.. :/ even some of the links for download have expired..
can some one please post a stable rom meeting my requirements,or as close as it can possibly be.. i know d process.. i just need the working links for downloading,screenshots if available along with the pros and cons of the specific rom..
Also,can i use any other rom designed for a similar hardware as mine?
any sort of help will be largely appreciated.. thanks in advance!

Google search root lg p690 and you should find a guide on another forum use this guide and all the links still work.

I bought this tab today its laggy and the update is only 4.04 and says this is the latest update! !!!! It runs laggy i need to know how to speed this baby up! !!!! Anyone know how? ?????? Or is it just two old like me! !!!!!!!

im a root it kind of guy...lol. so my advise is to root and then delete the bloatware pulling on the system resources...
i have a q&a thread that has the required files to root..as well as a video by QBKing77, to show you the how to's...there is also a great faq's section about stock roms and much more..dont forget to thank the member that made the faq's part..
if you have anymore questions...post in that thread and i or sorryuu will answer...

You got 3 options (need root access) :
1) like he said , remove all the bloatware
2) change the minfree values from the Android native task killer ( use ROM toolbox pro task manager for that)
3) flash a 4.3 aosp ROM ( ganbarou is my favorite one )
Hope this is can help you my friend , this tablet has a lot of potential like any Android device
