TMobile PDA Phone keeps restarting and wont charge

It was unlocked and working perfect until the battery went completely dead and wasnt charged back up for a week. After pluging in the charger I was unable to do a complete charge as the pda keeps starting up. It runs for about a minute or two then restarts and boots back up, the cycle continues with no end. I got to work for about 10 ten minutes, the phone worked, the charger was active in the battery option menu, but then it started all over again. I've reflashed and changed roms. The amber charge light does appear. Also hard reset doesnt work. Please help, bought the phone used but only got to enjoy it for a day.!
It maybe the battery is banjaxed, I have seen similar behaviour with an ipaq and a defunct battery.

Just received Note 2 and problems

Hi,
Just received my note 2 ordered via minideals.net on Saturday night and received Friday afternoon (paid extra for dhl).
Just got home from work and tried to put the phone on assuming there would be some battery power nothing, not a problem I thought lets charge it.
Let it charge and as soon as i plugged in the charger the phone was vibrate very softly then stop then start again and this keeps happening.
Left it on for 15/20 minutes and tried to turn on again and nothing - no light no screen absolutely nothing.
Tried holding power button and volume down together - the vibrating stops but nothing comes on the screen.
Any ideas? was looking forward to this phone hope I don;t have to try and send it back.
So after about 50 minutes of solid charging the vibration stopped tried turning on whilst it was plugged into a charger and nothing.
Unplugged from the charger and plugged in again and the vibration has started again.
Return it to the seller... I know it's terribile but i think it is faulted
remove security tape from battery ; )
<embarrassed> I have to confess I jumped the gun and made a total neewb error.
It was in fact the battery sticker.
I realised this after my second post.
Remove the thing AT the Batterie,

Bootloop

Hey, so, firstly I have a blue life one x. I love the phone and haven't had any problems until now.
I got an android update and my phone restarted, which has happened with the last two updates I got, so I didn't think anything of it. However, my phone was practically dead when this started and it restarted and got to the screen where it says "Android is starting... Optimizing application 1 of 143"
It would get to around 100 and turn off, restart and get to about 100 and turn off again.
I googled around and found a thing called bootloop. By what now seems to be a stroke of luck, my phone eventaully charged to about 40% and I got it to turn on and everything was fine but a few days ago, it died again and I ran into the same problem.
I went back to the boot loop instructions and tried it to no avail.
My phone has a fixed battery, so removing it wasn't an option. I left of the phone off the charger for 30 minutes and held the power button for two minutes(to discharge any remaining power?). Plugged it back in and it went right back to trying to boot back up and optimize apps.
I then removed the case, detached the ribbon that connects the battery to the board, held the power button for two minutes and let it sit for 3 hours. I connected the ribbon, plugged the charger back in and it instantly tried to boot up back into the optimizing screen and turned off.
I did all this again but left it for the past two days and now its back to rebooting over and over...
Things of note:
The light indicator turns red when the phone is connected to a charger, whether the battery ribbon is connected or not.
When it displays the blu splash screen, the optimizing applications screen, or recovery mode, the light indicator is off.
I can get into recovery mode, but I can't do anything before the phone turns off and reboots again.
Any help would be appreciated!

Is my battery broke?

So this is my second Mate 20 Pro in a week, first one had a very bad stuck or dead green pixel top right which was swapped without question and very promptly. My second seems fine but this is my first Huawei device after using Samsung for years so not having best time. Amazing phone though despite that. Unfortunately I fear a problem has come to light.
First charge I did was when that message comes on about shutting down when device reaches 2%, so popped on charge and wow charging is that fast. Turned phone on and 100%.
Second charge last night after I believe 1 day and 20 odd hours on, I switched it on after charging and it displays 93%???
Can anyone advise me on this, should I return or is this normal, I did leave it on charge turned off for whole night plugged in, could this be issue?
Thank you

Poco F1 on Pixel experience (PE11) stuck in bootloop

Hi Community,
Everything was working fine and couple of days back, my poco F1 on PE 11 started acting wierd. I had to boot it while plugged in or it got stuck in bootloop. But once I boot it, it will work without any problem (unplugged). But since this morning, it won't start or work without plugging it in. And when I stop charging it will work for a while(mostly well until i press power button to lock or unlock) but suddenly goes off and goes in bootloop.
charge percentage also acts weird. While switching on without plugging in, it sometimes shows 0% charge but when I plug it in and use for 10 minutes, battery goes Normally from 1 to 20% and then suddenly it shows 100%.
I opened twrp recovery (which works without plugging in) and kept the phone in recovery for 2 hours, i know it doesn't drain much battery but it just went from 100% to 97 %
Did anyone face similar problem? I am not technically sound in these things. I need help from you guys to get this monster working. Thanks in advance
The reason why I kept it in twrp recovery for couple of hours(unplugged) was to check if it goes off in recovery mode but it didn't.
Here's one similar thread i found but not sure mine is a battery issue since it suddenly started misbehaving.
