[Q] CWM on Galaxy Tab 10.1 without ODIN

Is it possible to install CWM on Galaxy Tab 10.1 without the help of ODIN? Can one simply install ODIN through the recovery mode for GT 10.1?
Are there any tutorials available online? I searched, but could not find any.
Use an update.zip to root it (find it in a sticky at the dev section), install rom manager from market, and flash cwm from there. When I did that though, my wifi module became corrupted somehow and a factory reset fixed the problem.
Btw: I have a 7500. Don't know if the update.zip works in other models, but it should. Read the thread carefully!!
EDIT: Search the dev section for a thread by Lorddeff07.

All you have to do is reflash the stock rom back using odin, root your device first and then install CWM. Here is the link on how to install stock rom using odin along with all firmwares and drivers (check the "Preparations" section),
Flash stock rom on Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830 using odin
Once installed, go to recoverymod and do a wipe data/ factory reset & wipe cache (otherwise bootloop might occur). Then restart. Now you have successfully flashed the stock rom. Here is the link for rooting and installing CWM 5 on Samsung Galaxy Ace,

What CWM version do you flash? Always make sure the zip you flash is for galaxy ace or the code name cooper
CWM manager need root. But, CWM recovery doesn't need root.
