On my aria , is their a way to change the toggles on the notification bar on CM7 ?
Settings>cyanogenmod settings>interface>notification power widget. Done.
What he said. You can change the buttons order they show up, and color in the interface menu.

My phone has transparent issues. I'm running superclean 2.6. My icons are transparent but as soon as I set them up on my phone. It doesn't recognize it as transparent you can see the icon background . Even my notification drop down bar isn't transparent either. So I'm not sure if its the phone not detecting transparent or what. Please help.

Gonna need a little more info than that. What Theme are you running. The transparancy is determined by that.
I'm using launcher pro. You know how you can change the bottom dock icons? I've been using same set icons. Droid icons and on my x they were always transparent. Now I set this this phone it shows the icon background.

You mean like the icon background you see in touchwiz app drawer? Never seen that on launcherpro...

Yea. I'm not sure why my icon docks wont recognize it as transparent. I can see the icon I set up including the background black color. Wish I could link a pic.

No Launchers can do that, he's asking for the status bar to hide while on a separate application. CyanogenMod can do this I think...

I would like to know, is there an app that hides stat bar in landscape mode. Cyanogenmod can hide it when holding menu button, but it will appear again in couple of seconds, so...
adw launcher and go launcher can hide stat bar.
You could also close the Statusbar app, but then of course you wouldn't have access to it at all.
Try super status

Is there and application by itself that will hide the notification bar

I do not know of a app specific to hiding the Notification Bar, but I know that Go Launcher has that feature built in.
You can even use a swiping gesture to hide/show the bar.
the top 3 launcher replacements like GO launcher, ADWEX, and Launcher Pro has that option. on stock im afraid you are stuck with the notification bar

I like GO Launcher anyway, it seems like the smoothest and most customizable one that I've found. And it is able to hide the notification bar.

Thats wierd I dont see any notifications besides your alarm and the bar to the left that says u have more notifications....why dont u drop down the top bar and see what they are. once u clear those notifications, the bar to the left will disapear...unless u have a crap load of stuff showing on the top bar....

Maybe someone ever created the same theme, but still i wanna know the answer. Maybe someone knows how to disable that thing, when you pull notification bar down, and toggles start moving to the start(till it gets to 1st toggle). I don't know why, but it is so annoying for me
I am using FoxHound ROM at the moment, but that thing is there as well. Can you help?
If you're on the ELKC version of Foxhound you can reduce the number of toggle buttons in the settings.
5 or less will stop them moving.

you could also search for 15/23 toggle mod for stock Samsung rom. this mod gives you the option to rearrange the toggles or deactivate some of them.
when you open the notifications the toggles do not slide so annoying slowly.
