So recently I was getting a close look at my vibrant. If you look about 1/4th of an inch to the left of the edge of the ear piece you will see two dots of what look like a front facing camera and an IR diode. So what are they?

Peep holes for your landlord.
They are proximity sensors, so the screen can turn off when your phone is next to your face while on a call.

Has anyone tried to open it up and fix the slightly tilted screen issue?
I fixed my rattling 3d button, but didn't want to venture in deeper without knowing what I'm doing

Mind telling how you fixed the rattling 3D button?

You have to take off the back cover(not the battery door) by using a small PHILIPS head and a small star head. It will void your warranty!! Then, if you look just under the button, there's a long thin metal piece. Unscrew one side of it. Then pull it toward you and gently bend it in the middle. Just enough to make it push against the button. Screw it back in. Sew it back up, and Bobs your uncle

Sweet man! Now I don't think the crooked screen is fixable. I remember someone saying they took out their panel, but couldn't realign the tilt issue.

Anyone else notice that when tapping the top half the screen it feels like it's slight loose? I just activated it an hour ago :-\

Shake it it does the same sound.. I thought it was the screen but I'm thinking it's the lens in the camera clicking around.
I just posted about this in another thread but now I'm curious are only some phones doing this or is it just the way the phone is. It doesn't seem like a big a deal but for a $600 phone I would expect it not to rattle when I touch it
No noise or rattling on my phone..

No noise here neither but I notice that bottom of the screen is collecting dust and if I look closed enough I can see a gap between the screen and the bezel I wonder if tmobile would replaced my unit

try re-activating it. Also try a factory reset, should solve your loose screen problem.

I does... same noise when I shake it. Kind of ridiculous. It hasn't even been outside yet. I'm still rocking the LTE
Is anyone else worried about scratching their camera lens when setting the phone down? I applied a skin to the back which helps a little, but it still extends farther than the back of the phone.

If you're in a bright room or outside and it's sunny they won't light up. If you're in a dark room or outside and it's dark they should light up. If they are not then I recommend you reset your phone, if it's not ok after reset then you should return the phone and try another one.
Ok I'll keep an eye on it thank you for the help

Cover your light sensor in the top left to test if the lights are working
Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk 4 Beta
HTC is notorious for having poor performance of those lights on their phones. The Thunderbolt did the same thing, but since the sensor was on top of a black background, a good trick was to cover the sensor with electrical tape so the lights would stay on all the time.
They never seem to come on when they should and they always seem to be on when it's not needed. :silly:
