Hello. Is there any chance to modify phone application that network error messages will be displayed longer than the existing one second? Unfortunately, now they are almost unnoticed, and no one knows when the number is busy or the network is busy or the number is invalid etc.

I have had problems sending SMS for a while, i will try and send them and get a message telling me that the message couldn't be sent. I can receive them though. I have worked out that it is because my XDA adds a dialling code to any phone number that I have. For some reason when I enter a phone number in my contacts a "425" prefix is automatically added, and i think this is the problem. I have already gone into settings>connections tab>connections>dialling locations tab and deleted all the "425" prefixes from all locations but it still adds the prefix when entering a number in my contacts. HELP!!! PLEASE
think that I've sorted now, just deleted all of the existing dialling locations and created a new one
Yesterday I was install "line"
This app are like “Whatsapp”, it require to input my phone number and sent activate SMS to me.
But after I enter my telephone number I didn’t received activate SMS.
Today I call to my provider and confirm “Can I receive SMS from other countries”.
The answer is “Yes, I can I receive SMS from other countries”, however they need me to use “#35*0000# and call” to force it again.
But after I use “#35*0000# and call” I got error message “Call barring Connection problem or invalid MMI code”.
Is this problem occur by my Atrix or provider?
If it occur from my atrix how I solve it?
Thank you
I am having a problem with messaging (texts) in that if I type in a 10 digit number, when I try to send the message, it is adding a 1 to it and so the text fails. This only happens on numbers I input manually. It is not happening to contacts I have, or to folks I have already sent/received texts.
This happens whether I am using the stock Messaging app or Chomp or other messaging apps.
The error I get is: Error Invalid Number. Please re-send using a valid 10 digit mobile number or valid short code
I am typing in a valid 10 digit number, i.e. 512-555-1212, but when it sends it is attempting 15125551212.
Any help would sure be appreciated.
hello all.
i have two huawei devices: G330D and Y300-0000.
in both of them i have annoying problem.
when i get sms message, the message come from the cellular network with the prefix country code (example: +972-54-1111111).
but in my phone contacts it stored without prefix country code (example: 054-1111111).
and when i get incoming sms message although the number is in my contacts, it's not recognized the number.
my question is. which apk in the android os supposed to do the number convert or recognized.
or maybe it's in the kernal code so how can i modified that.
please help i'm desperate.

I have a samsung gs4 and i cant call my voicemaill *86 It tells me invalid mmi code Other times I get the operator telling me the number I called is invalid. I also have a few apps that can start from the dialer that no longer start because of the above errors. I am rooted and running stock verizon firmware. My network operator is Telcel in Mexico.
I have to say it is not Telcel's fault since I can't use my dialer to run gallery vault either. The pin for that app starts with a ##1234 i.e. ## (then 4 digit pin )
I can make and receive calls no problem.
This problem started around 3 months ago, nothing was changed in android's settings or any app that have administrator privledges. I noticed this because I received a notification regarding a voicemail I received and wasn't able to check it.
( I don't get many v.m. )
I can call customer ( *264 ) service but only by prefixing a ( # ) i.e. I have to dial #*264 in order for the call to go through.
If I dial *264 as per Telcel's official c.s. number, I get the invalid code or mmi number error.
As per launching the gallery vault app via dialer, I have no luck with prefixing the "#" as with the c.s. number, since the launch code already starts with 2 "#" 's. I.e. ( ###1234 ) doesn't launch app.
