I wouldn't say that miks cm7 is bugless, in fact he lists the known bugs in the first post. That being said, if these bugs don't bother/affect you then by all means go with a cm7 rom (miks or devoid).
Personally, I prefer stability and run devoid froyo final.
Thanks for the answers..and which one do you thing I should use for my phone....a good one..phone version froyo 2.2

Every rom has its peculiarities...You can choose the devoid if you want a "void" rom with just the essential stuff, you can choose Jince for its apps or LOL or openOptimus... It's your choose and if I could give you a suggestion, don't think too much about it, try one of them and if you don't like it, just try another one
BTW: why have you opened three threads with the same question?

Hi All
I have Tmobile moto Defy mb525, I tried to get rid of the tmobile logo, I used superoneclick and it works fine, super user then rom manager but i did not find moto defy so i used system recovery, i tried to update it form zip file but the device hangs, after many tries the phone dies, now i installed another tmobile rom and it works again
and this is the new infos, the question can i install any other roms or tmobile rom is my destiny?
Yes, you can. Just update to 3.4.2-155 for Barebones, Xd1, JBoogie3 LiquidArc/BluelessGinger or 3.4.3-11 for Pays 5.1.
But i don't know if you can go back to stock 2.1, if you already has flashed a full SBF.
Thanks for your help, no prb if I cannot downgrade it

Wich one do you use/prefer. I flashed Barebones, Pays and xd1. So far my favorite is xd1.
Flashed JBoogie's BlurGinger today (based on Froyo Korea), and it's ****ing awesome! Even with blur, it's the most amazing rom i have ever seen. But i flashed today, then my I can be wrong
Will use it this week and see...

Rite now ur on which ROM?
MIUI has too much BUGs right now, CM7 is the best ROM for Defy.
BUT, with time, i think MIUI can be the most used, since they do a great job modding, theming, and developing their own apps.
CM7 has bugs regarding wifi and brightness. I'm currently on 177-005 nordic with Defy Cool&Clean MOD by trinacre, and I must say it's quite fast and stable. Scored a 1250 on Quadrant.
Hey all, i was wondering which rom is the fastest and most stable rom at the moment?
Its for my girlfriend, and she wants a stable rom, with most stuff working
As im not into this community i'm asking all of you experts
Thanks a lot all!
I use Wolfbreak's CM6 (froyo) rom and i like it a lot, BUT... if' she's concerned with stability and everything working the safe way is to stay on 2.1 imho.
There are several custom 2.1 roms available at the Android Development forum, they look great and are faster than SonyEricsson's.
Hmm, she was on a custom 2.1, but wanted the taste of gingerbread, lol
Been trying out the jerpelas rc4 v14, wich was ok, but it keeps on reeboting randomly.
Hmm, maybe i will try the wolfbreaks rom then
thx a lot!
+1 Wolfbreak's CM 6.1.3 V054, best froyo rom with everything working and never reboots.
Get it here..... http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=945264
Here is Rendeiro2005 ROM which is amazing also with speed:

You have to wait a litle bit more until some kind of stable gingerbread rom comes out.
Personally I go between miui and wolfs

I personally don't like miui... which I guess makes sense considering I don't like ios. However, it is fast and stable. Its almost too fast... I was thinking of asking trip to slow it down so that I could still think. Lol.

Awesome ROM i'm using right now is Freex10 Beta 4 (Android 2.2), with the video recorder fixed. The ROM is stable and excellent. Runs really fast.

Cyanogen 6.1.3 (gingerbread) by rendeiro2005 with bitsnacker theme(go3easy)
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1015765
If you want a really good looking ROM, try the Bitsnacker 2.1 rom. It is basically the stock rom with the bitsnacker blue glow theme.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1005636
If you mean THEMES, check the bitsnacker theme out for the x10 which works on android 2.1 stock and 2.2 Free X10 Beta 4 (for Freex10 ignore first post, check the second half way down the screen)

Finding the links took me ages, i got them all mixed up
If you like it plz thank

I'd go with Wolfbreak's or TripNMiUI's. They're both fast, stable, clean and very good-looking ROMs. Personally, I like Wolfbreak's more.
Wolfbreak's CM 6.1.3 V054
dont update to v06 it's really unstable it will give you fcs

They're both great developers and the rom are pretty much similar... I prefer a bit more andy's one but there are not that much bugs nor substantial differences between roms... As far as the battery life andy and franco are working on the .35 kernel and I think we will have no more problems about it
i tested andy's and mik's roms and i have to say that andy's rom is what i need.
I have used both Andy's and Mik's ROMs and I feel that Andy's ROM is visually more pleasing than Mik's. I observed that Mik's ROM gave more battery backup than Andy's but it can vary from device to device.
To put it in one word, Both ROMs are Brilliant.
thanks a bunch for you guys opinions. but I will flash andy gb rom anyway tonight bcause many said it has a very good battery life
Hey guys, just a quick census of who's using what right now on their SII's.
Just leave your ROM name and why you like it.
Thanks
[POLL]
I use my rom!
For a best poll you should include stock Rom (indifferently of the kernel).
VillainRom is the best so far.
Stock!!!
Don't forget to add this ROM in the poll: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1220283
Is there a way I can edit the poll then?
Stock, I only know 2 custom Roms.
Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk
Stock, ofc
using Leomar75 2.7.1 with CFroot kernel
this is the first custom rom I ever use, I read a lot of posts on here
I was choosing between Leomar and TxP
and finally decided to settle on leomar as it's easier to use , good reputation, kitchen app and don't compromise on performance like TxP do.
so far I feel satisfy with LeoMar : )
Stock 2.3.4.
You need to add Gingermod and Lidroid roms to your list.
Batista 70 + Galnet MIUI
Stock 2.3.5 KI8, with a few customizations e.g. CRT effect and some icons replaced to look nicer
Stock rom... xxki8 nordic country. 2.3.5..

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1033653

Despite the off-rule topic, I will throw in my two cents.
+infinity for Gingersnap 1.3
Hands down the smoothest, fastest ROM I have ever tried for my humble P500. Combined with DJNoXD's kernels (I prefer TA touchscreen fix and vsync off) and it puts the P500 at the pinnacle of performance and stability for this current time IMO.
As said 1000 times before, there's no need for threads like this.
To find the best suitable ROM for your device, try the ones available and stay on the ROM you think works best on your phone.
