I know sense roms with the 4g had issues - something about the bluetooth drivers...
Has anyone tried one with the 3d yet?
haven't tried but I doubt it. HTC never plays with BT keyboards until you put CM7

Hi All,
I searched for info on this and found a few old threads but the last replies were in August, and the threads only addressed half the issue, so I thought I would post a new thread.
The Problem: AOSP roms can connect to the wiimote no problem but they do not support MHL out. Samsung based roms support MHL out but cannot connect to a wiimote.
I would love to be able to use my sgs2 as a portable emulator setup
Is anyone working on any kind of solultion to this?
Will AOSP roms be able to output to hdmi at some point or is there a licensing issue i dont know about?
Does anyone know a workaround to get the wiimote to connect to a stock rom (by replacing the bluetooth stack or something)?
Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Was also wondering this same thing. I have also tried to find out if ICS will be pushed out to our phone anythime soon as this is rumored to fix this also.

The simple solution is ditch the wiimote and use a PS3 controller instead as https://market.android.com/details?id=com.dancingpixelstudios.sixaxiscontroller works on stock Samsung ROMs.
I was hoping that after the official update to HC that they would include the profile for Bluetooth headsets but nothing. Is anyone else having this issue and has anyone found a workaround?

I have a pretty specific problem and I'm wondering where to start fixing it:
I'm having a lot of trouble connecting (but not pairing) my onlive bluetooth controller and I have read some forums stuff regarding htc bt stack and its general lack of bluetooth human input device support. Some say that rooting the EVO 3D and installing an ICS rom that has BT HID support solved it, but we already have ICS!!!!!!!
Are there any roms with BT HID support that are working for the EVO V?
is there an app on the market that can do it?
tere is a vid of what i'm speaking of. but I cant post links yet.
so there is most of it

Is there a way to get the BT stack out of the HTC View 4g and into my EVO V?
im a bit of a newbie and im trying to get my wiimote connected to my htc 3d, from what i understand it's sense that blocks the Bluetooth between wiimotes and Htc's. i think miui is senseless so i should be able to hook the controller up with no problem but yet i am. im using bluez ime (wii version) and the hid enabler. when i initially connect to the wiimote it asks for a pairing passkey & there seems to be no passcode >_<
i need help please, how do you get the wiimote conected??
2.8.17 is sense based. So that's most likely why.

oh i see im having a hell of a time finding a senseless rom without bugz
I am currently using an HTC EVO View, and this device does not have that much support for it, and not too many ROMs. I have tried the JellyBean ROM, but some features are still buggy that I need, so I am back to Stock-Honeycomb based ROMs.
One thing in Android that I would like is a proper Bluetooth Stack on HTC Sense, since I cannot connect any bluetooth controllers to it. Is there any way to fix this on Sense? Thanks in advance.
