Would someone please be able to make the Touchwiz 4.5 Launcher by Fr4gg0r work for the nook color??
The launcher works, but needs to re-sized to like 6 icons on dock and the app drawer needs enlarged.

i was wondering if we can make the app drawer background semi transparent...i tried out transparent touchwiz in this forum but it lacks speed and looks of the stock touchwiz launcher...
As far as I know, that is not possible. You can try other launchers though. You may want to try GO Launcher EX [Link: https://market.android.com/details?id=com.gau.go.launcherex] or ADW Launcher [Link: https://market.android.com/details?id=org.adw.launcher]. Both has support for that.

and it just won't work on my xperia arc. however the basic one from android authority(http://www.androidauthority.com/xperia-arc-lt15i-arc-s-lt18i-install-touchwiz-port-galaxy-s3-92291/) is working just fine. i hope someone is able to help me with this. thanks

I am trying to make transparent icons, however, nova launcher isn't letting me change them to a .png. It worked on other phones, anyone know why it isn't working?
I was hoping someone can make a modded launcher grid for t-mobile galaxy s5 touchwiz lollipop in a 4x5 home grid and 5x5 app drawer.

Go get Nova launcher and you can set it up however you want.
Here is a 5x5 stock launcher, just flash in recovery. This will also make your app drawer 5x5.
