Could someone extract the stock music apk from their ROM? In a fit of madness I flashed the MIUI music player from the SGS . I would love not having to reflash my ROM...

Hi all,
I just bought a Motorola S10 HD bluetooth headphone but I can't make it be found by my Xperia X10. I already looked some forums and there is no many details about its compatibility, but every place I found something, people is saying it works.
Can someone help me? Is there something I can do to make the phone recognize the headphone?
PS.: I am using Wolf's custon ROM (TW 007.2 w/ stock kernel) and already tried to move back to the original sony's rom, but nothing happened.
Hope someone can help me.

Thanks denenatse, I realized later that I was doing something wrong on the headset.. lol Now it is working perfectly.
I wanted possibly the 'xperia x8' music player to put on my phone, I was just wondering if anyone has the file or can help me out?

It's from the original 2.1 ROM. It works on original 2.1 ROM. LOL

He's right.......is there anyway you can get this to work on other ROM's....I'm using the GingerCrutz at the moment liking everything apart from the music player.
Or do you have to tell the developer so he can fix it in?

Haha. I don't know. I just want the simple yet elegant interface of that player. I cant see the flags in XDA App.

i was impressed by the music player on Samsung Galaxy R(android 2.3.6)
and i've tried to install that player on my Xperia mini
but it failed
i extracted the music player from Samsung Galaxy R
could someone teach me to install it?
i thought there must be some modifications on that apk

It maybe possible by changing device details in a system file. I don't remember the name of that file. You need root though and Root Explorer.

ya Galaxy series have a nice music player(better than Xperia Mini). It would be nice to get a port.
It requires the TouchWiz framework, So unless someone was to port a complete Rom, it wont work
Out of curiosity, Why Samsungs music player? I had a Galaxy Ace before my Live and I absolutely hated the music player. It's a resource hog and constantly crashes, its not nice :L

Oh,it might be a complicated work....
Well I like the EQ in the player
And it never crashes
Maybe there are some bugs fixed in 2.3.6

I recently rooted my gs2, when i apply any theme or animation via rom toolbox.. Themes just didn't work.
Phones just reboots and rest the things remains same.
Where i'm making the mistake?
Also what else shud i need to do it...... .before making any further customisations
Any help would be seriously appreciated

Hello, dear XDA community!
I am using Samsung Galaxy Note 2 for almost 1 month and beginning from day 1 I realised that Samsung did something wrong with android and spoilt everything with their TouchWiz UI. I tried a lot of different ROMs and found that the best one for me is CyanogenMod 10.1. Everything is cool about this ROM, but I miss some features from the stock ROM.
The features that I miss are:
* S Note
* Samsung Keyboard
* Samsung Camera
I tried extracting these apps from deodexed ROM (I used Omega ROM + correct permissions), but for some reason they refuse to work...
Can someone tell me how to add these apps to my beloved CyanogenMod ROM?
I will appreciate all links, guides and suggestions.

That can be done but still doesn't give you the apropriate fw to use tw fw reliant apps
I think the only one that'll work is weather widget
